Cozy house for 4. 2 double beds. A double bed is placed on the loft. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are available. 4 Bath towels are available to borrow. Shower/toilet, kitchen. Most things are available, but not a washing machine. Approximately 20 minutes by bus to Gothenburg city. 300-400 meters to Kvibergs park where both Partille cup and Gothia cup play many of their matches. We wish to rent to families and couples. Lounge furniture outside the attic house is included, not the outdoor kitchen and sunbed Non-smoking, no pets. We don't allow parties, and no loud music

Gable row house in Utby, close to Gothenburg city. South-facing veranda at the rear with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. A trampoline is available. At Kviberg, there is also cross-country skiing, a climbing wall and a beach volleyball court. A fantastic swimming lake with jetties and a diving platform is just a walk through the forest away. Right next to the house there is a courtyard with a playground for the children. Near the house there is a bus stop where the bus into the central station runs in 17 minutes without change and by car it takes a maximum of 10 minutes.

Rent our newly built, fully equipped mini-house centrally located in the eastern part of Gothenburg city centre. Here, you can live in peace and comfort. The area is central and peaceful with lots of greenery. The house is fully equipped, well-planned and stylish, and is only a 10-minute bus or tram ride from the city centre! Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, a concert at Ullevi, the Gothia Cup, or simply sightseeing! Take a walk in the area, go to the nearest lake, have an ice cream at the ice cream café in Sävedalen. Everything is within easy reach here!

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Nice apartment with private entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Just outside the door is a small patio with a nice view of the valley down to Sävedalen. Private guest WiFi is included as well as TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen's shopping street with various shops and a number of restaurants. At about the same time, you can get to the bus stop for onward travel to Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about SEK 150-300

Bus 56 or 510 runs to the city center from Österlyckan station, which is close to the house. Pizzeria, Ica and Lidl are nearby. If you want to take a walk to Kviberg and Serneke Arena, it only takes 10 minutes. Allum is a shopping center located in Partille. You can relax on the balcony and enjoy both morning and evening sun. The house has everything you need. Free parking included.
