The house was very clean and beautifully charming with a touch of vintage style, which I personally love. I enjoy old houses, and this one felt so peaceful, quiet, and full of warmth. Thank you for letting me stay here—it was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with my friends during the tulip festival.

This was the perfect place to stay for my time in Orem. Its hands down the most charming Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The yard was the perfect size for my dog. Highly recommend!

Brandon's family were FANTASTIC. Brandon was right there to help with anything needed. The location is AWESOME. It was like country living in a luxurious location. BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains. Very safe to walk in the neighborhood. Close to town and some great restaurants. If you want a delicious small pizza for lunch we recommend the lunch truck by the City Building off Main Street. We definitely hope to return next year. Thank you Brandon.

On our second day the garage door malfunctioned. Courtney was on it immediately, she had a repair guy come out, and she had him install a new system. She was attentive throughout our stay. She is a great host. We will definitely look to book with her again next year.

Kevin & Staci’s place was a home away from home for us while visiting for a festival. It was clean, spacious, and had more amenities offered than most AirBNB listings that we’re accustomed to. Kevin & Staci were very accommodating and hospitable and made sure we had everything we need to have a great trip. Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect! It was spotless and adorable. The private back yard and entrance made it seem like we had the whole place to ourselves. We were not in the home for long as we were coming and going a lot, but the time we spent there was amazing. Next time ill make sure to book extra days to enjoy the outdoor amenities that are hard to comeby

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home in Sandy, Utah! It was the perfect spot for our 6-person bachelorette party. The house was clean, spacious, and had every amenity we needed to feel right at home. The pool was definitely a highlight—relaxing, private, and a great way to spend the sunny afternoons. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again! 💕🏡🌞

Megan’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. House very clean, comfortable beds with nice sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was alot of fun! We would stay again!

COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT - I FORTGOT MY STEAMER FOR OUR FORMAL WEAR AND THEY HAD ONE-***BONUS FOR ME I LOVED THAT WE COULD USE THE POOL EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND COMFY.

The apartment was beautifully staged and impeccably clean. The bedding and linens were so nice and the bed was super comfy. Easy to get in and out of and had a nice complex with a pool and dog park.

We were in Utah for my daughters wedding. The house was very clean and the outside well maintained. We really enjoyed the backyard after traveling from New Jersey. We appreciated the hospitality!!!

Stan’s place was great, beautiful neighborhood and very peaceful. Stan was very understanding with the weather being hot for us Washingtonians and adjusted the temperature so we were comfortable. The pool was amazing. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Sandy again. Oh and the beds were comfy too!

We loved the place and it was kept up really nice and greeted with treats! The only thing we have to complain about was the neighbors dogs. They barked at night which kept us up and during the morning / day. Not a problem for the property just surrounding properties: Great house though!!

Sharon’s basement apartment is cozy, new and it looks just like the photos. Her kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, from condiments to Reynolds wrap and ziplock bags. I stayed for a month and I enjoyed cooking home made meals there. The nature/bike trail is a 5 minute walk from the house. The dog is well behaved and he’s super friendly. This place is a great value!

If I had a 10 star this welcoming place would deserve it! Spotless, Mountain View amazing. Kitchen had so much space to hang with family. Stocked with what you’d need to make great dinners. We have stayed in the Carriage House multiple times, and we’ll definitely book again when we’re in town. It’s very clean, comfortable and quiet with beautiful views of the mountains! Andrea is a great and helpful host!

This is such a cute apartment! They have definitely out did their selves. Everything about it was amazing. The tunnel for the kids was a blast. My kids absolutely loved it. Beds and showers were so clean and nice! Definitely will be staying again if we are down that way! Plus Kim is sooo nice!

Great gathering place for our family to stay together for our son's wedding! The pickleball court, spa, fireplace on the porch, giant tv downstairs and "cool kids club" hideaway under the stairs were favorites in our family. Oh, and the massage chair after the wedding!
