Holiday rentals with a kayak in Utah County

Truly such an amazing stay. Felt so peaceful and homey. Super easy instructions for check in and out. Highly recommend! The backyard is to die for!

We had an amazing time, the space looked beautiful and host was awesome to communicate quickly and answered all our questions. it was incredibly peaceful and they thought of everything their guests would need. And the view! cannot recommend more.

We loved our stay at this home! It was very clean and spacious! At one point the sink disposal stopped working but Allie and Sam were quick to respond to all of our message and tried to help get it fixed. When the problem could not be fixed via text message they were quick to send someone over to fix it. We are super happy with our experience staying here and would love to return!

This place was absolutely perfect. The place was immaculate and comfortable and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub and the sauna. Kelly put a lot of thought and care into the place, adding so many little extras, making our vacation even better. The setting of the home is beautiful and it is perfectly located for access to the ski resorts. This will definitely be our number 1 choice if we make it back again!

We stayed here for my mom’s 80th birthday party because it was close to the venue and my mom loves Victorian houses! This house was perfect! It was so cute and so clean and my mom loved it!

this is a very nice place in a great neighborhood. very clean and spacious. the listing is a little confusing as it is listed as a condo but this is a converted basement in someones home. that said we would stay here again anytime.

Dear Ms. Katie, We appreciate being able to stay at your Air BnB. It was very lovely and pleasant. There was a broken soap dispenser under the sink, and I am not sure if it was already broken or if one of our little ones broke it. Please let me know so we can replace if necessary. Also, we tried to clean up as best as we could this morning. We did try to wipe most areas down with Clorox wipes including inside and outside of refrigerator and appliances. We also washed our towels and a sheet. They may still be in the dryer with some towels that we washed also. Oh, and we washed the tablecloth because there was a few drops of syrup on it. Anyway, we came in for a funeral and appreciated having a nice place to stay. If we come back to town, we hope to use you again. Hope you have a lovely week. Thank you again, Chris Fifita

We had the best time ever here! We had a little staycation/reunion with our kids and their spouses and the grandparents. We couldn't have picked a better place. We did not want to leave. This place has everything you need. We loved how much space there was at the kitchen table for eating and playing games. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to make several meals. The upstairs upstairs room was so fun to gather and have some be watching TV and others playing games. The beds were all so comfortable. And whoever decorated this place is so talented! It's all so beautiful yet cozy at the same time. Thanks for creating a great space for us to make great memories!
