Emmanuelle was very communicative before we arrived and during our stay. The yard and view of the river were very nice and the stroll to the bi-weekly market and restaurants were very easy. Overall, Le Bugue is a great jumping off point for the French countryside of the Perigord, but many storefronts of the village appeared vacant.

Jeremy met us on our arrival and showed us where to park our motorcycles. He is very friendly and polite and easy to talk to but for us with the aid of google translate!! He is very proud of his flat and rightly so. Local to all amenities. Highly recommended

Sandrine was an excellent and very helpful at providing information about Sarlat. The flat is just outside the two but literally 5 mins and your on the main street into town with cafés, shops. restaurants etc. So it's very peaceful as well even though it's so close. Great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling singly or as a couple.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

we stopped at Véronique's place for a night to make a stop on our long journey with our 2 children aged 12 and 2. beautiful apartment decorate with great taste and in a quiet and serene environment. we enjoyed our little stopover and keep the address for next time! Merrick and Alice had to communicate perfectly in messages so that my arrival was best. The only small trap is in the opening of the lockbox, which can be a little special when you're not used to it. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about, a home that is worth it and hosts who are very involved. Thank you for everything.
