Overall, Camila's place is great! But be aware that it is the first level above the street and if the curtains are not closed, there isn't much privacy during day or night. 4 floors of buildings from 2 sides can see in from above and people walking on the street can see in from below. Overall it is manageable and ok. The thing that really bothered me is that the host wanted to communicate more off of the AirBNB platform for primary communication! (which I was told as a host is not allowed)..... However, when we needed to shorten our stay and possibly make a change the host asked us it needed to be through AirBNB. When we submitted the request there was ZERO response. Not even a Decline. That is very inconsiderate, especially when it was a potential emergency. Luckily, we were able to stay, but after that request we had ZERO communication with the host for 4 nights. Overall, a very nice property though. I may stay here again, but in another unit on a higher floor.

Daniela’s place is super cozy, warm (rare in Bogota) and you cannot beat the location. It’s in a residential area, very quite at night but three blocks away from the cutest coffee shops, restaurants and stores. The bedding was very comfortable with a down comforter and good quality mattress. The shades weren’t blackouts but the sun doesn’t hit the room directly in the am so it was manageable. If you didn’t notice yet a good night sleep is a priority for me and Daniela’s apartment delivered ! The kitchen is well equipped, super hot water comes out the shower with above average pressure and excellent for Bogota. Furniture was carefully picked, very homey. The building is super safe and the porteros are nice and friendly. We did have some issues with the circuit breaker and lost partial electricity for a day but I have to say Daniela was super responsive and did her best to take care of it in a timely fashion. She is easy to communicate with and very hands on. Overall amazing stay!

Overall a very nice place. extremely helpful and friendly employees. some things that are not their fault: the hotel was a bit hard to find (i arrived at night) and it doesn't have an elevator, you'll need to climb up the stairs. the price includes a decent breakfast which is delivered straight to your room. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect stay, with a great location, safe and full of bars, markets and restaurants very close to the T Zone. Wonderful hosts, always attentive to messages and very professional. The studio has an on-site assistant for any accommodation issues. Professional and cordial communication with Hosts. Very clear and secure check-in instructions for access to the place. In front of and next to the studio, there is a delicious café with healthy food, croissants and special coffee, as well as a pizzeria for a quick meal. The University in front also guarantees security almost 24 hours a day. Beautiful, modern studio with all the necessary utensils. Super comfortable and large bed! Everything very clean and super cozy. Great bathroom with high pressure shower and perfect temperature! Easy access to the washing machine in the building. We love it and hope to be back very soon! Clean, efficient and well located

Gladys is a great host. From the moment I made the reservation, she was very attentive to contact me and give me excellent attention. Communication was very smooth, she is very kind.! Also the apartment comes with everything you need to have a great stay.

Excellent place to rest. Felipe responds super fast and that deserves a 10/10 because as a guest you need immediate attention when something new comes up, such as the access code not being activated or any request that needs to be made. They always respond promptly and with kindness. It's very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. To improve: the sofa bed is a little dirty, it needs deep cleaning and the noise from the building they are building from 7:00 in the morning is too annoying. The recommendation for other guests would be to prepare to go to sleep early the night before, to avoid the noise of the construction, affecting the hours of sleep because they start working before they start working hours and it is quite annoying but it gets out of hand for the hosts. It is recommended to put this construction issue in the ad so that guests know how to prepare for loud noise. Thank you for everything.

The front door staff was professional and helpful. 2 blocks from Unicentro Mall and many nice restaurants within walking distance. About 10 blocks east is Usaquén which has a great flea market on weekends with street vendors and street music. There is a nice park next to the apartments! The area is safe and well landscaped!

You feel right at home, everything is nearby and it's a quiet place.

I love a place with a tub. I have been to 14 countries and always get a room with a tub. But I never had one on the roof with such an amazing view. It was magical. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was very nice and fully stocked. Plenty of bed linens. Most of all, Cristian is a very responsive and proactive host. He arranged us a ride from the Airport with his friend Andres, who then became our personal driver for us and took us to places way cheaper than any tour or Uber would have. I double-checked the price on that lol. I would highly recommend this place, and I'm looking forward to coming back for events next April.

My stay was fantastic. I was in Bogota for work for four months and Vanessa's place was perfectly located, I walked to the office, no need for commuting. Nice neighbourhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops.
