Жилье полностью соответствует фото. Все очень понравилось, теперь это одно из любимых мест, куда хочется приезжать еще!!! Балкон с видом на море, просто одно наслаждение, где мы проводили вечера с бокальчиком вина. Месторасположение корпуса тоже очень понравилось, все развлечения близко, но в тоже время тихо, не мешает музыка с ресторанов и бассейна, что было очень важно при отдыхе с маленьким ребенком!

Overall stay was great. the location was really near to all attraction places and loved the view from the balcony

مكان رائع ونظيف واطلاله جميله وموقع الشقه مناسب والشقه فيها كل الخدمات مغسله ومكوى ومكرويف وثلاجة ومطبخ فيه اغلب مستلزماته الشي الوحيد السلبي لايوجد شطاف في الحمام.

Great location — lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and just a 4-minute walk to the beach and park. Я провел три ночи в этом жилье и остался очень доволен. У нас была возможность насладиться барбекю и поплавать в бассейне, что сделало отдых еще приятнее. Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

Апартаменты это 2 соединённых номера апарт-отеля Alliance Palace. Это одно здание в котором часть номеров управляется Mariott (вход отдельный) и остальная часть Alliance. В номерах свежий ремонт. 2 санузла)). Кухня и холодильник. Прекрасная климатическая система daikin. Толстые стеклопакеты отсекают шум улицы. С балкона вид на море.Рядом супермаркет и рестораны. В общем отличные апартаменты и отличии от Орби нет больших очередей у лифта)). Классный отпуск.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

это чудесное место для семейного отдыха в тишине, в сосновом лесу у моря 😍 не хотелось уезжать! расположение и поселок отличные, Заза и Ира чудесные добрые люди, помогли во всем. будем приезжать ещё много-много раз, замечательный домик и хороший участок (тем, кто с собаками, будьте внимательны, тк под домом и между забором можно убежать, но если собаки послушные и дружелюбные- проблем не будет, а еще иногда заходят кошки). спасибо большое за теплый прием!

It's perfect for anyone looking to enjoy Batumi’s main attractions while having a quiet, cozy place to relax. Highly recommended! She welcomed us with delicious baklava and a bottle of homemade Georgian wine, produced by her brother — a warm and thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home.

Квартира большая, наверняка удобная для проживания в тёплое время года. Мы с семьёй были в начале февраля, и погода совсем не радовала, были дожди, пасмурно и ветрено. Квартира не была прогрета к нашему приезду, поэтому дня три мы пытались её нагреть, хотя бы то двухкомнатное пространство, куда все перебрались. Для бытового удобства всё есть. Горячая вода нагревается в бойлере. Рядом с домом есть необходимые магазины. Хозяин приветливый, отзывчивый, очень быстро реагирующий на просьбы. Однозначно рекомендуем эту квартиру.

Мы очень рады, что поселились в квартире у Alex. Все было чисто, квартира удобно расположена совсем близко с центром города. Есть 2 балкона. В каждой спальне были кондиционеры, что спасало нас в жару. Хороший и предупредительный хозяин. Встретил нас на вокзале, довез до дома и помог занести вещи на 6 этаж, что избавило нас от логистических проблем. А при выезде разрешил оставить вещи до вечера. Благодаря этому мы получили возможность еще раз искупаться в море и погулять по городу, за что ему отдельное спасибо! В целом, нам понравилось жилье Алекса и мы будем рады приехать сюда еще раз.

Amazing super peaceful place. 20 meters from the famous magnetic beach, but feels like whole beach and sea is your privately owned, cz it’s empty and all for you. We would love to come back in the future!
