The apartment is modernised in May 2016. The apartment is situated on the first floor. The facilities of Alcazaba are perfect for families, but also the best for couples who want to enjoy some relaxed and quiet days in the Andalusian sun. Dori was our main point of contact and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment has stunning views and is easy to park at and walk from. The apartment was clean and tidy although it is a little dated. Very comfortable overall. We would definitely come back here.

I would rate the accommodation 10/10, with a fantastic location within walking distance to central Estepona. We had a rental car, and there was always parking available right outside the house. The house had a garden that was absolutely wonderful, and our 2.5-year-old child truly loved the place and the pool connected to the house. Everything was well-organized, and it’s clear they take great care of their property. We’ve been to Estepona several times, but this was by far the best location we’ve stayed at—just a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean. Far beyond our expectations and an experience we’ll remember for life. Whenever an issue came up or we had a question, Carolina and Stefan handled it quickly and professionally. Stefan and Carolina have provided nothing but outstanding service. We highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts, Carolina and Stefan—any day of the week.

Great apartment in a lovely location. Flat was clean, tidy, uncluttered and pretty much as described, if a little dated. Would have liked more than 1 key, though, but would definitely stay there again. Inigo, the owner, was on the text and very responsive when required. All in all....very happy!

Fabulous apartment! Lots of cool marble and glamorous decor. The terrace was large with beautiful planters and a great view of the gardens and sea beyond. We started our days at the sunny breakfast bar (also perfect for a glass of cava later on), coffee on the comfy outdoor sofa set, sunbathing on the loungers, and we ate dinner outside at the shaded table. Perfect! Lumi's recommendation for the Wild cafe was great, just one minute from the front door. The resort pool is lovely, plenty of accessible steps to get in and out which Grandma appreciated. There are quite a long list of rules and restrictions regarding pool use, which the resort manager was strictly reinforcing, but there were two lifeguards on each day who were pleasant and friendly. We also enjoyed sea swims at the Plata beach cove an easy walk to the right out of the resort along the promenade, as well as lovely cocktails and a meal at the gloriously situated Plata beach chiringuito.
