Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Urb Plenomar

We spent amazing days in the stay. Mr. Ronald and Jhon were always super attentive, they helped us in terms of the activities we could do or what super markets to go for. The house is super cozy and we always had water🚿.

A very spacious house, comfortable and cool, it is and very clean. It has everything you need , the rooms are large and have a separate bathroom. I loved them. The surroundings of the house have beautiful trees that give a lot of breeze at night. I would definitely come back. Host Blanca was very friendly and was on the lookout the whole time.

The house is beautiful inside and out. Amazingly decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and the remainder of the house was comfortable no matter the time of day. Lots of space to lounge around the pool. We will use the house again when we visit Santa Marta!

It is a very good place for family vacations. The unit is quiet and close to the beach.

The house is an amazing oceanfront paradise. It has direct access to the beach and feels like a private beach, as it doesn't even have a vendor. It is definitely a very nice house and with plenty of capacity to host large families or groups of friends. It has many amenities and is definitely much nicer than what is shown in the pictures. It has an amazing view and is full of nature and flowers. The people who helped us in the kitchen, amazing, prepared some delicious typical dishes. I really recommend this house too much and we will certainly be back very soon. Many thanks to the hosts who are very friendly and attentive people!

A beautiful place. Impeccable and as in the pictures. Very welcoming and we had excellent attention from the local employees. In our case, we needed a place close to the airport and that was perfect. They helped us with food and drinks. Totally recommended. A nice and clean pool.

We loved the apartment. Supremely clean, organized. It is 1 min from the sea walking, very good location! Alex has excellent attention from the first moment.

The place is perfect for a good rest, the apartment with everything needed, comfortable. The condominium has the pool and beach area very easy to access, even for people with disabilities. The condominium's location is removed from supermarkets and commerce areas so if you don't have a car, you must pay for public transportation to go shopping. But as such the site is a perfect place to rest.

The Apartamento has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Enough beds, balcony to enjoy breakfast. I liked that it has enough water pressure and the heater worked perfectly. Reserva del Mar offers amenities in very good condition and the staff is excellent from the security that receives you, the pool staff, reception at all@s. I definitely recommend the place I am a frequent flyer of this platform and you do not always feel comfortable in an apartment like this. When I return to Santa Marta my stay is guaranteed in Reserva del Mar. Thanks.

We were very happy to spend a small week at Christian's and were very touched by his personalized attention and great responsiveness. It seems that the building went through fiber just before we arrived and the apartment router had remained copper. So we didn't have internet when we arrived but Christian reacted very quickly and it was resolved in just 2 days when we arrived on a Saturday. The bandwidth was about 50mbps. The place is quiet and peaceful and the sea is always present in the background. Private beach, clean and soft waves perfect for the kids. Santa Marta even is easily accessible by taxi and there are 3 supermarkets including a Carulla 5-10mn by taxi. The store has enough to troubleshoot and offers large cans of drinking water. It does not offer fruits or fresh products, plan the visit to the supermarket.

The place is very quiet and far from the whole noise of the city, the beach is practically for one, it is very nice and spacious the space of the beach and the apartment. The view of the apartment is excellent, the city is somewhat far away but there are also addresses to your door. I would definitely come back

A place with soul, the NATURAL air conditioning that blows through the cabin doesn't let one feel in a hot and humid subtropical climate - it's very nice. The bamboo in the cabin accentuates the artisan style, fascinating to see the way of construction. I clean the interior and also the garden with its trees. Very cozy and quiet due to its distance to restaurants and bars. Host Miguel Angel very friendly and helpful with any help. Reply quick and maintain good communication.

If you like nature, the outdoors and waking up to the crowing of the birds, this is a place for you. Don't expect luxuries, enjoy how beautiful and rustic it is to be surrounded by trees and beautiful butterflies bouncing; the small pool is great for refreshing and relaxing afternoons with good company, a cocktail, or a good book. Both Eduardo the host, and Oscar and his wife, who are the administrators of the place are very attentive and diligent; to keep in mind that it was a month-long stay and they always promptly resolved any novelties that arose. My husband, my daughter, son-in-law and our two grandchildren, we spent Holy Week together in this paradise cabin and together we enjoyed this place a lot. Eye: Wear appropriate shoes to climb the trail, I don't recommend climbing on sandals, wears a bathing suit, comfortable clothes, sunscreen, tan and repellent. We highly recommend it!

We took a family trip, everything was really amazing. The house is too beautiful, very clean, everything you need to spend a few happy and relaxed days. My nephew was very satisfied with the pool, my brothers used the BBQ and it was great because Germán left us charcoal for our convenience. Everything, absolutely everything was great, thank you very much for renting your house. We'll be back and I'll recommend it to my friends.

Excellent location for a quiet vacation. The place is quite spacious and tree-lined, you can breathe in fresh air. It has new and clean facilities, we loved that the whole house is quite cool, the air conditioners are in very good condition, the rooms are very comfortable. Getting to the place is easy since it is close to everything. Host Maria Elvira is quite kind and attentive to anything you might need. It was a pretty enjoyable stay, we would definitely come back.

The location is amazing, you can walk down the hill and grab a taxi if you want to go to centro. There’s a beach right there. A few convenience stores that are 24hrs and an ATM. The housekeeper is an amazing woman so nice. She makes you feel right at home from the moment you step on the property.

Sergio's place was excellent. The beach was great for snorkeling, and you're located within an hour of other places like Tayrona National Park and Minca. Sergio shared the contact information for a taxi driver, Carlos, who made it very easy to affordably get to day trips we had planned. The house is a little remote; you would have a tough time walking into town, if that's important to you. But if you're looking for a calmer location and are okay with planning your travel a little in advance, this is a great stay.
