Holiday rentals with beach access in Urb Plenomar

We were two families, with babies. Perfect location, easy access to the beach and covered pool area (at certain times under the trees). Couldn’t have been happier!

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

The apartment's layout is great, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay with the family, the finishes are nice and it is well equipped. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home. The location of the condominium is perfect if you are looking for tranquility and to be away from the noise, the pools are excellent and the access to the beach is a plus. On the first floor there are mini markets and about 10 minutes walk there is an Ara and a D1. If you want to travel to another area, taxis are available at the condominium exit. Thanks to Cesar and Ligia for being attentive and ensuring that the stay was the best.

The apartment is very comfortable for 6 people. It is very well equipped with everything you need. Everything is very good, the condominium is very complete and comfortable, with exit to the beach.

The apartment and the condominium are as shown in the photos and the services match the description offered. It's an ideal place to rest and relax with the family. The variety of spaces allows for different things to do and entertain, without leaving the condominium.

Great place to stay, I loved it. My family and I want to come back, everything is super clean and beautiful, the mattresses are very comfortable. The club has a small supermarket that I found very useful and with fair prices. The pools are very cool, with music. We didn't have many expectations for the beach, but we really liked it and spent most of our time there. It was a quiet beach without much tourism. We stayed 5 days and didn't want to leave. The apartment and the place are highly recommended

My family and I stayed 4 nights. Luis Fernando was very friendly and helpful in suggestions on restaurants, activities and even transportation. He responded in timely manner every time I had questions! Beautiful clean property just like pictures!! Check in and check out was very easy!! Property is located within walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife but if you want to just relax, it is also very peaceful property.

Excellent stay! The apartment is located just a few steps from the park, easy to get around the city using public transport, with several routes available nearby. The place is cozy, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I highly recommend this place, and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this place again when I return to Santa Marta.

Impeccable experience with them

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

We had an exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Alana, who was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her generosity was evident when she picked up breakfast snacks early in the morning ahead of our planned excursion—a gesture that truly made a difference in our stay. The accommodations were spacious, with ample shelf and closet space that provided convenience and organization. While some of the sliding bathroom doors could use minor repairs, this was by no means a significant issue and did not affect the overall quality of our experience. One delightful bonus was the presence of a charming and tame house cat who occasionally made an appearance, adding a cozy and welcoming touch to the home. Our only regret was not staying longer, as the experience was nothing short of wonderful. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-hosted stay.

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything ready for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it provides a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the highway, even so you can walk to this beach or to Gaira. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a cooler, which made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

an amazing place for a few days of rest.

I travelled with my family (my husband and 3 children) and we loved it. The apartment is duplex, nice and very comfortable. Excellent location, you can leave the apartment elevator and a few meters away you have the shopping center with absolutely everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, coffee, hairdresser and spa, boutiques... in short everything at your fingertips. Zazué Square is very beautiful and safe. Andrea responds very quickly and is always willing to collaborate in everything. We'd definitely like to get to this lovely place when we return to Santa Marta

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Santa Marta, Colombia! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and offering stunning views. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and was well-equipped with three working AC units, which kept everything cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Wilson, along with Hilda, were incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and a few supermarket for any essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was perfect, a place to rest, I traveled with a 6-month-old baby and it worked very well. The apartment is very comfortable.

It's a very cozy apartment, it has everything you need. The beach club is nice, beautiful, there's a lot to do.

The support was very good. The administrator helped us with an electrical issue in some rooms. And with the TV. Everything was arranged and we were given the necessary support. The location is perfect. The view is unbeatable. The apartment's setup is excellent. Highly recommended. The only issue was the check-in (NOT dependent on the apartment) as at reception people are slow and unwilling to help. We had minors and a pregnant person and they didn't help at all. Lots of people and few people helping. This is from the building, not the apartment.

We really liked JorGe's place, bright, quiet, clean, with air conditioning and safe. We felt comfortable there. The beach as well as the shopping center are within walking distance. Highly recommended!

We had a very relaxing time at this place. It’s very close to the beach and right next to a local mall with several options of restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket. Host is kind and responsive. Highly recommend.
