Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Urayasu

Beautiful residential neighborhood with nearby access to Funabori station. My family felt right at home and we were able to explore much of Tokyo during our stay. Easy access to Tokyo sky tree and Tokyo Disney. Junko was a fantastic host. I would enthusiastically recommend this home to families.

Great location not too far from Funabashi Station and Keisei Funabashi station and very easy to get to and from Narita airport and Tokyo. The instructions on how to get there were very clear and the house is very comfortable. Would stay here again on my next trip to Japan. ^ - ^

The host is very reaponsive and friendly, the place is accessable in many form of transportation. 15-16mins walk from shinozaki n mizue station. lots of nearby convenience store, restaurant, pharmacy and big grocery store and donki.

Perfect area especially when going to disney tokyo!! Area is beautiful and walking distance from a lot of places.

The place was very clean and safe. Very walkable and parks close by. Easy binder with lots of restaurants and places to go. Kazu was very helpful and courteous.

A very comfortable house. Feeling refreshed during the stay. Host is very kind to allow us early drop in our luggage.

I would say the only issue we had was we did not stay for longer 🤣. We were only able to stay for one night before our flight, but we really enjoyed the little time we had. The moment we walked through the door the hospitality was exceptional, a personal welcome note on the table with snacks as a gift. It was a warm gesture, and I was able to enjoy our last night in Japan playing games with my friends as well on the Nintendo 😆. For those planning on using trains as a main means of transport, do keep in mind that the nearest station is a 25 minute walk, not excessively far but is a considerable distance, taking the bus to a station would be your best bet. The place itself was amazing, very spacious and ideal for group trips! When we were about to leave the hosts were very kind to drop off a gift to our doorstep, it was a very memorable stay despite only for a short period of time 🙏

The location is great, it’s close to everything. There’s a lot of nearby restaurants, there’s 2 malls. there’s 2 train stations. it’s very walkable. very convenient. The room itself is clean and as described. It’s a little small so i think the 3 person limit is justified, there’s 2 of us and I think that its just right for us, we can open and close our luggage on the free space. The room is complete and as described, there’s complimentary toiletries provided, even disposable plates, bowls, and straw. I would definitely book again.

入住的那一瞬間就感受到民宿主人經營的用心，環境非常乾淨整潔，香氛迷人完全沒有小空間的壓迫感。房間不算大，不過居住起來非常舒適，各項生活用品齊全，到處都看得到主人的用心。已經在期待下一次再次造訪。再次謝謝主人的用心，在異地一樣有家的感覺。

Just as the pictures show, a very nice place for traveling couple like us! The place is clean, and location is convenient with a metro station and a convenience store. Coin laundry at 1st floor is helpful too.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

Erg fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement is slim en praktisch ingericht, met oog voor detail. Alles was duidelijk uitgelegd in het Engels: van apparaten tot voorzieningen, wat het meteen vertrouwd maakte. Het bed was heerlijk, de ruimte licht en rustig, en de combinatie wasmachine/droger werkte top — zeker handig tijdens een langer verblijf. De locatie is perfect: drie minuten lopen van Makuhari Station, in een rustige buurt maar met winkels en koffie op loopafstand. Yuki was supervriendelijk, reageerde snel en gaf duidelijke aanwijzingen. Je voelt je meteen welkom. 🙏🏼 Aanrader voor wie via Makuhari naar Tokyo, Chiba of meer richting oosten wil reizen. Het was voor mij een perfect le uitvalsbasis om vanuit daar overal met de trein te komen.

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

the host was very responsive and kind. they were able to get us extra pillows, which was nice. the room was clean and the extra toiletries were awesome as well. the bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but I think that's just Japanese style! Just a heads up :)

A great place to stay for a budget traveler looking for clean and quiet accommodations! If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place BUT if you are looking for a super quiet place that is in the heart of Shinjuku, book this place quick! We did not hear a peep at night but were able to walk to all of the sights. Andy was very responsive and, as female travelers, we felt safe.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

We had a lovely stay at Shunki’s place! Everything was clean and spacious with easy check in and out instructions. The location was convenient to the train station and we had multiple convenient stores and shops for our every day needs. We were welcomed with a box of treats when we arrived and it was super sweet! Highly recommend :)

Great location. Super clean and comfortable. Responsive host and easy check in/out. Sho even left two beers in the fridge for my travel mate and I! Being that it is Japan, the place is a bit small. Perfect for solo travelers or a group of two. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us but just consider before bringing more people or large amounts of luggage. This place is great! Thank you, Sho!
