Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Apartment by the lake. Furunäs, Sävsjöström

Stay close to Lake Alstern with a fantastic view of the water and the pine forest! The apartment is secluded and connected to the owner's house. It is a small, fully equipped accommodation of 35 m2. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a double bed and space for a cot, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa and a TV, and a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a changing area. Sleeping loft with a bed and sleeping mattress. Large terrace. Plenty of space to park the car. A boat with an electric motor and a fishing licence are included.

Here you will find a nice villa in the countryside with proximity to both swimming and forest. The villa has a size of 74 sqm. There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds (two single beds in each bedroom). If you want to have more guests, you will need to bring your own air mattress, for example. There are large living areas, a terrace and a wooden deck facing south. The garden is cozy and secluded, with plenty of space for nice days. In walking distance (about 400 meters) from the house, there is a pond with a smaller beach, barbecue area and jetty.

Kvarnstugan is located in Fröseke in the heart of Småland. The Alsterån river flows right outside the cottage, and in the pond by the river there is a jetty with a boat that guests can use. The cottage is one of the oldest buildings in the village, has a sauna and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Typical Swedish vacation home, Stuga - Smaland

I rent out a small cottage in Smaland (36495 Älghult). It is only a few hundred meters from the lake where there is a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area. Fishing is also possible in this and other nearby lakes. There is only one other house across the street, but it is only inhabited in summer. The house is about 50 m² and sleeps 4 people (2 double beds). It is lovingly decorated, we live in it ourselves!

Guest house at Tällerydgård

Here you can relax in the countryside. In the summer, the cows are in front of the door in the meadow and sometimes also the roe deer. The cottage was originally a woodshed and home for the farmhand. Now it has been completely renovated with all the old materials we found on the farm. You can walk into the woods from the cottage. A supermarket is 5 kilometers away.
