Must be at least 25 yrs old to book. *This is a quiet space as we live in the apartment below. Absolutely NO parties and a MAX of 2 people in the room at any time. This all wood, 3rd floor studio is right in the center of town. Tons of restaurants, bars, theaters, and super easy NYC transit (Train and Bus) are all just a few min walk away. The apt. is totally open, has a private entrance, private bathroom, amazing decor, parking and lovely touches throughout. ROMANTIC PACKAGES AVAILABLE.

Charming huge guest suite in Williamsburg

Live like a Brooklyn local in this truly special 1910 townhouse. You'll enjoy a suite which is part of where I live. Within walking distance are a variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, 3 supermarkets and other shopping spots. A fast 15 minute ride into Manhattan on the L train. No parties allowed in the space. This is a smoke free environment. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the space. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

This is Mavis! Welcome to my home! We offer an entire apartment that is located perfectly between downtown Jersey City, Journal Square, and McGinley Square. Our accommodations offer a full kitchen, lots of closet space, a wonderful view of uptown Manhattan (you get a picture frame view of the Empire State Building from the dining table.) If you want to explore Manhattan we are about 10 minutes walking distance to the PATH train direct to Manhattan (11 Minutes to World Trade Center.)

2 and 1/2 blocks away from Bus stop, $4.10 and 30 minutes will bring you to center of NYC. This private studio apartment located on a cozy house’s 3rd floor. Has to climb stairs. Has its own living room and full bath. You'll share the main entrance , staircase and 2nd floor kitchen with other guests. (Not fit for people with cleanliness fetishes) If you book for one or two guests, you will only receive the double bed. Twin bed and sofa bed will be prepared for 3rd and 4th guests only.
