On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. The Saltwater House - Low Tide Suite - 1st Floor

Welcome to The Saltwater House! Part of Ocean City’s historic district, built in 1920 and restored in 2020, this home is filled with old charm, with new modern coastal finishes. The Low Tide Suite is located on the first floor of the home, which provides easy access for guests traveling with kids or older guests that prefer not to do many steps. With a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, this modern minimalist space is a great place to call home for your beach vacation!

Second floor duplex condo, with direct ocean views. Stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, Casper mattresses. Smart TV's in living room and bedrooms. Located on the quiet south end of Ocean City. Two minute walking distance to the beach. On-site parking. Additional notes: Year-round owner on-site in downstairs condo.
