This charming house (every room air-conditioned) in Konstanz-Litzelstetten, above Mainau Island, boasts three terraces and a lake view. It's ideal for two adults with up to three children. The house is equipped with air conditioning, and in winter, you can use the Swedish stove in the living room if needed. A separate office with a single bed is available for home office use. A public playground is directly behind the house. The bike path to Lake Constance is right in front of the house.

Our place is close to Ravensburg / Friedrichshafen/ Spieleland and the spa towns of Bad Saulgau and Aulendorf as well as beautiful Lake Constance. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (children from about 4 years, as there are several open stairs) NO pet accommodation!!! For small children 10€per day will be charged additionally. We have four lovely and very trusting cats as well as a colorful flock of chickens.
