The house with approx. 100 m² is very quietly located, offers plenty of space for the whole family on 2 floors, including spacious outdoor facilities with terrace, barbecue area, soccer field, volleyball court, pool and plenty of green space. Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cosy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Loft in the country house 360 degrees

The loft in the country house 360 degrees has a panoramic view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one looks over meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other looks over our swimming pond on meadow and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, kitchen and dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Freshly renovated apartment with 32 square meters in the basement. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults with up to 2 children. LEGOLAND Germany can be reached in a few minutes via the nearby A8 highway. The beautiful city center of Günzburg is just as quick by car or by bike. The rear garden area with pool and small seating area is available for use. Check-in can be made straightforward and contactless thanks to a key safe.

Missen-Wilhams is a perfect starting point for all hikers, cyclists, skiers, cross-country skiers, as you have everything right at your doorstep.
