Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, as well as a double bed. There is plenty of room for an extra bed for a child. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig auf einem Reiterhof bei Haldenwang. Wir sind ca. 4 Kilometer von der A7 entfernt. Über die A7 sind die Allgäuer Alpen gut zuerreichen. Die nahe liegenden Orte Haldenwang und Dietmannsried bieten, Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen und Restaurants. - Haustiere sind erlaubt Kosten 8€ pro Haustier und Nacht - Nach Rücksprache kann auch das Pferd mitgebracht werden
