The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Enjoy relaxing days in our cozy apartment. The apartment is on the lower floor of a house with two separate vacation rentals and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and meadows with grazing cows. The location is ideal for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts: between the picturesque Millstätter See and the ski and hiking area of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The apartment has a separate entrance and a private terrace.

An ecologically sustainable new wooden house is looking for friendly residents. Modern, comfortably equipped and with everything you need to really relax. Hillside - within walking distance of the mountains, to the pubs and in a few minutes by car to the lake. Spacious living room with many opportunities to retreat. Reside in the Theresienhof manor house. Built by Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On almost 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wi-Fi is just as much part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for children's play.
