It is twelve minutes from the tram station and the train, there are two large shopping centers within five minutes by car and the center of Graz is ten minutes by car and the airport is five kilometers away. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little soccer with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility of renting 1 or 2 bicycles.

The town hall (trade fair) and Jakominiplatz (central bus hub) can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Directly next to the apartment is also a tram station that goes directly to the main square and on to the main train station.
