The small apartment on the 1st floor is situated on the sunny west side overlooking the enclosed picturesque courtyard. Your comfort is taken care of by an air conditioner with a heat pump that cools and warms. During the renovation, the original composition of the apartment was preserved, when the new shower is part of the kitchen. The toilet is separate. The apartment will primarily provide friends or families with up to four people (plus a travel cot on request). Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
