The wooden house is located on our large property between many trees. Here you can really relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature although we live in the urban area of the Hanseatic city of Uelzen. About 40 sqm of living space on the first floor with a sofa bed and about 10 sqm of floor space in the cozy attic (ceiling height about 1.5 m) with a double bed ensure good sleeping comfort. A very nice shower room, a small kitchen, 2x TV (Magenta TV), Wi-Fi…. With us, you live CO2-neutral.

Surrounded by enchanting forests and on the outskirts of one of the largest contiguous forest areas in Germany, the comfortable, sun-drenched guest apartment is particularly popular with nature lovers and day trippers. In the immediate vicinity is the town of Uelzen with the famous Hundertwasser train station and the health resort of Bad Bodenteich. Other attractions such as the Filmtierpark in Eschede and the Otter Center in Hankensbüttel are in the immediate vicinity.

The Aller invites you to swim in the bathing bays, stand-up paddling or fishing. On the Aller you can ride a sports boat and thus also use the water ski track.

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

Riding opportunities (also for children) as well as parking spaces for horses are in the immediate vicinity (by arrangement).
