The toilet is separate to the rest of the main bathroom. There is a green backyard with an outdoor setting to enjoy a breath of fresh air or a glass of wine. The garage will be locked for storage, as are 2 bedrooms. I give my guests space but am available (in-person or over the phone) when needed throughout your stay. Adelaide’s city centre is 10 minutes away by car or 20 by bus. An easy 10-minute walk will reach Adelaide’s Linear Park, a cycling/walking track that winds its way from the Adelaide Hills through the city, then to the beach. 10mins by car/Uber or 20mins by bus to Adelaide’s city centre (It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stop 15 on Payneham Road). Nearby gyms include Goodlife Payneham, Anytime Fitness Campbelltown and the ARC Recreation Centre Campbelltown (where there is an indoor pool, gym and courts). While most shops close by 9pm on weekdays, IGA Campbelltown is open until midnight for the late night grocery run or other needs. If your family is coming to visit you during your stay, you can also upgrade to 2 bedrooms which sleeps up to 5 people. A duplex built in the heritage area of Bowden adjacent to Plant 4. This renovated single level 2 bedroom property is compact and secure, with off street parking and undercover gated area for alfresco living. A neat garden area with a secure space for your dog if required. Transport needs are met with a nearby bus stop and a 10 minute walk to train and tram stops. The railway line is close so there is train noise but is not intrusive. Fully stocked with all kitchen appliances and undercover BBQ.

Jules' home is located in Highgate, Adelaide, a quite leafy Street. Shops and cafes a 10 /15 minute walk. City is a 10 minute drive and public transport to the city is close-by. Fabulous beaches within 15 minutes, Adelaide Hills 20 minutes away with wineries, amazing food and bush walks. Jules lives next door and only too happy to help during your stay. Second bedroom two singles beds. Ducted heating / cooling, washing machine & dishwasher. Property is not animal friendly.
