Such a kind and lovely host. Nice clean place just like it was described. 3x bathrooms were very convenient for our family. We have had a wonderful time. Not the most convenient location for commuting but very peaceful and full of clean air..young kids enjoyed country lifestyle. . waking up to crow of the roosters. . playing with the two dogs and watching kittens. . even caught a tree frog (we let it go) .. . Overall good value for money.

We held a family reunion with three generations to celebrate the anniversary of my father's death. It was a spacious facility that 23 people in the group could use comfortably, and it was a neat and clean accommodation. 👍 Thank you to the host for preparing the charcoal barbecue and lighting the bonfire and watching over the campfire smoothly. ^^ Thanks to this, many people have made comfortable and happy memories. Jun was a wonderful host. She made sure we felt at home and continued to check in on us during our stay. The space was very clean and welcoming. We loved that it was in the middle of a market and walking distance to so many cafes and shops. Very unique experience for our first time in Korea!

First of all, communication with the host was really fast, and he was so kind. I had to make the courier delivery address to the accommodation, but you took good care of it. ^^ I felt so comfortable from the entrance, and the interior was a style that I liked so much that I thought I should build a house in this style, and I think the slide was really novel. ^^ I liked the space under the stairs that was overflowing with gems, and it was so photogenic that I felt like there was no other place to take photos. ^^ The bedding was so cozy that I slept like a log. ~ I really liked the bathroom in the big room. I was able to make my own 👍 coffee, so it was really the best. ~ There was an unforgettable issue in the morning of check-out, but I was glad that it was resolved well. ~ There was a meticulousness that even contacted me for guests who were curious. ^^ I think I was able to successfully hold my mom's 60th birthday party in such a wonderful accommodation. I'm making happy memories with my relatives and leaving.

A family of 5, including 3 adult children, visited from the United States and used it very comfortably for 18 days. The accommodation was clean and all amenities were well prepared. The restaurants I wanted to eat at (all with good ratings) were all within walking distance, and it was convenient to go out of Seoul, but we were able to do everything our family needed in Ilsan. Clean place, complete facilities close to KINTEX, very strategic location close to restaurants, convenience stores, close to the MRT station, the owner is very friendly and very responsive to help us direct us from the airport to the owner's residence, I will use this unit when there are activities in KINTEX again.

Everything was great. It was very clean and modern, and everything was prepared, so it was better than my own home. It was a spacious area with a well-maintained lawn garden that was good for dogs to run around, a location right in front of the station, and a spacious area with plenty of space for 3 private parking spaces. The amenities were perfectly prepared, even the toothbrushes, and the hand wash and foam cleansing were high-end products, and they were well managed. There were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. With prior permission, other families visited, and everyone was amazed, saying that they would meet here in the future. I'll definitely come back next time.

Overall, the house was clean, modern, and I liked the simple interior. It was still thin at night, so I heated it, but it was warm. However, I would like to have a more detailed description of the heating on the second floor. The kitchen was clean and nice, and most importantly, I chose the table in the living room because I liked it, but it was also nice to be able to sit at one table, eat, and talk. The amenities in the bathroom were nice, and it was nice to have plenty of towels. The water pressure was good and it was clean. The host was friendly. He explained the three parking spots, but it was a little difficult to understand, and I parked in the spot that another car explained, so even though the group parked on the street right in front of the house, it was okay because there was nothing wrong with parking in front of the house. It was a pity that it was raining and we couldn't use the barbecue in the yard, but thanks to the rain, it was nice to be able to come to the accommodation early and rest comfortably. I had a comfortable stay. ^ ^
