Holiday rentals with a patio in University Park, Westchester

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

The room matched the photos. The only downfall was the portable AC unit that was working very hard to keep the room cool at night but overall the stay was perfect. 1 block or so away from the beach was perfect! Plenty of restaurants, CVS & a Walgreens within walking distance. Zero complaints.

My stay was amazing! The view was everything and it was so peaceful. I’ve been to Miami plenty of times and this was the first time I just stayed inside the apartment and sat on the balcony more than half the time. Maria is an amazing host! We did have trouble getting into the key box due to the buildings internet connection, but the host made the issue very minor and was helpful. She was one call away and immediately got someone to fix the issue and stayed on the phone with me until I got the keys and later checked up to make sure everything else was working good. Definitely would book again and recommend to others!!!

I would definitely consider Sergio's place again. The mini-fridge with a cooler really came in handy. He even had a tray of ice that we used to keep our drinks cool at the beach. The area is so convenient, with so much to do. He even suggested couple places, that was nice of him. Thank you Sergio! One thing I do agree with the other comments on is the bed and pillows; they were definitely not the softest. Even so, for the price, location, and privacy, I would consider staying here again.

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

Angela was a great host! The place was clean and tidy. She communicates quickly and went out of her way to make us get settled quickly. She left toys and books for our 2 year old to play with. The surrounding trees and flowers were beautiful. Plus seeing the peacocks daily was an added bonus!

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

10/10. Was extremely clean and has everything you need. Amenities were amazing and check in was simple. You get a nice parking spot right infront of the gate. 10-15 min drive depends on traffic to downtown.

We stayed at Janet’s place from 6/11/25 - 6/14/25. Janet is very sweet & responds quickly to any messages that I sent. Her home is conveniently located near shops, the grocery store, many different eating places which we walked to & its super close to the airport. Her home is very nice & the small touches that she provides to her guest are really sweet & special. I love my coffee so that was one thing that was provided that I truly appreciated! My bed was so comfortable that I wish I could have stayed in it much more than I was able to. Her kitchen has everything that is needed to cook (I don’t cook 😂) but for those who do it’s perfect. I loved the front porch seating area but alas it was too hot for us to sit outside. Miami heat is no joke! We were just coming off of a cruise & asked to check in early & Janet accommodated. This was a one time stay in Miami for us but if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay at her house. Janet’s kindness was exceptional.

Carlos & Marta were great host that went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent and comfortable stay! The added extras were such a nice touch and the chalkboard with the greeting was very sweet! All of the games they had were fun to play and gave us great quality time with each other. Communication was very easy and fast! I would highly recommend staying here to all of my friends and family that visit Miami! Thanks again so much for making our stay incredible and memorable!

The house was extremely clean and well put together. She had a ping pong table which was perfect for passing time with friends. She left water in the refrigerator for us which was nice and the backyard has a nice lake view and is perfect for hanging out and having a couple of drinks! Would recommend!

I literally have no complaints, I loved everything about the house, it’s in pristine and perfect condition, decorated beautifully, it was clean, we had plenty of beds, bathrooms, and hanging out space inside and outside for our entire family, the house was well equipped and comfortable, it just felt like home, the kitchen was EXCELLENT. The private pool, jacuzzi and patio was top notch, this made for very comfortable outdoor lounging. (I also loved the ceiling fans in the patio area). Also, the house was in a great location; near highways, shops, restaurants, the grocery store, CVS, the UPS Store, etc., the neighborhood is excellent. We enjoyed the surprise treats from Everscene; they were delicious and a nice surprise. Everything about our entire experience at this home and the house we totally enjoyed. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE and I will book this home again when I am back in Miama.

The truth is that the apartment super nice and Angel is very friendly, good area and everything as it was in the photos!

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

Our stay felt right at home ! Definitely look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Miami !

We stayed in Miami for three nights and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location was perfect for us, and everything matched the description. The hosts were very helpful, and communication was seamless. We can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic apartment.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

This place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. I loved my time there and Diego made it even better with his quick response times and help accommodating my time. Will definitely stay there again!
