Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in University City

This was a true gem! This condo was nestled in the perfect place... quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean and only a block from a whole street of restaurants, shops, and such friendly people. Amazing scenery! We took advantage of the close proximity to Forest Park to have a picnic and enjoyed the great food and street musicians. Highly recommend and would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped...coffee for the Keurig machine was a huge bonus. Close to many restaurants/ pubs with free shuttle to the Cardinal's game. Overall an excellent experience...would highly recommend.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Caitlin’s place. It is a nice, cozy and quiet spot. It was also very clean and well stocked. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting St. Louis.

Clean, thoughtfully decorated, Nice quality to the amenities, including things like soaps, towels, range kitchen supplies. Needed help from from Tori. a couple of times. She was responsive, pleasant, helpful.

Great place to spend a couple of nights exploring St Louis’ classic Italian Hill district. Near many great restaurants and an easy Uber ride to several local breweries. Would highly recommend!!

If you’re coming to STL, this is a MUST-STAY! Firstly, the pictures cannot replicate the beauty of this Airbnb!!! It is a HUGE space, and everything is in pristine condition. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is beautiful, the living room is beautifully decorated with amazing architecture, and the kitchen looks outta this world. Laura was proactive and made us feel right at home, and the interior design just blew us away. Easily the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed at. We loved the neighborhood too (easy parking, safe access to our property, close to businesses and highways!) Altogether, our stay at Laura’s property was absolutely incredible, and it was the highlight of our trip to STL. We will be back!

Lisa’s place was exactly as described. Lisa was a great host as she was very responsive, helpful and thoughtful in what she made available for us. I will plan to stay there when we travel to St. Louis again.

This place was just what we needed for a quick trip back "home." Location was great. Nice and quiet and private. Easy access to highways, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Matt was very responsive to any and all questions. How was very clean and had everything we needed. Basement games were fun for kids as well:) We're actually coming back next month and staying at one of his other properties. We're sure we won't be disappointed!:)

The house was absolutely lovely! Kellie was wonderful, and very responsive. Checked out and met the cleaning who was very nice and friendly as well! 100/10 recommend The Jewel!

This is an excellent air bnb choice. We had a long term stay and were very satisfied. Brian was extremely courteous and so promptly responsive to any message. He fulfilled our special requests and even mailed us a few things we’d left behind when we left. The locale is nicely central to St Louis proper and the neighborhood is quiet. So many walkable eateries and shops. Parking was always available within steps of the front door. Pleasant back deck.

A great place for my little family to stay within a few minutes from the zoo! It was nice to have a place close to everything we wanted to see and do but to also be tucked back out of the way at the same time. The area was very nice and the place was even better than described. Frank has a nice place nestled in a nice quiet little neighborhood. There is a park across the road that was convenient with having a kid. Will stay again next time we’re in STL.

A few tornadoes touched down in STL the first night of our stay leaving the area without power including our location. Rebecca checked in quickly to see what we needed and to offer flexibility if we needed to move to an alternate lodging location in light of the circumstances. We appreciated her proactive inquiries especially knowing her own neighborhood suffered significant storm effects and damage.

A very special place! We had a wonderful stay. As others have noted, the apartment is clean, comfortable, and very well appointed and supplied. Very quiet, too, yet in a walkable neighborhood near restaurants. Patty herself is immediately responsive to any questions. We would love to come back!

Clean and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are much roomier than they appear in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the shower head in the main bathroom had great water pressure. Safe neighborhood that’s a quick walk to Central West End. Gated parking around the back is a perk but the street in front is perfectly safe to park as well. Would definitely stay again.

John's place was good for our 2 nights in St. Louis. We were able to walk to a coffee shop at the corner for breakfast on our first morning there. A tornado hit the area on our 2nd day so we were not able to stay. John offered to reimburse us for the second night. Good host, good location.

Thoughtful, generous host. The space was cozy and comfortable after a busy graduation weekend. Great location—easy Uber access and walking distance to restaurants and Whole Foods. The well-equipped kitchen was a nice bonus.

Very nice place. Close to many outstanding St. Louis City parks and eateries. Close to Walmart, Target and grocery stores. Connor right on it if you need help with directions or finding resources.

This was a great stay for our family! It was hard to see such devastation in the area from a tornado- but Libby communicated in advanced what to expect when we drove in -so that was helpful. We had issues with the air conditioner, and Libby helped us troubleshoot and things got rectified very quickly.. We had a great time and we appreciate the hospitality!! Thank you!

Lindsay was an excellent host and very easy to deal with. The studio apartment was so comfortable and in a great location. She was fast at responding to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope it’s available the next time I come back to visit.
