Holiday rentals with a fireplace in University City

We came for a graduation for our daughter. She and her husband and four kids stayed with us. Deborah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There were graduation decorations and even bubbles for the kids to help Mom celebrate! She left little surprises all over the house for our grandkids and they were so entertained by such a well stocked home! The pool was way nicer than expected and we had so much fun in it!! You can tell Deborah takes pride in this home and in providing a memorable experience! This was actually a last minute booking because our original place was canceled and I feel it was meant to be. This was a better weekend because of where we stayed!

A great place to stay for your group/family! Large space, room for everyone! Quiet street, free of undesirables. Host accommodated early check-in as well! Id stay here again for sure!

We absolutely loved this airbnb. It is, in my opinion, the best place to stay in St. Louis. Amie’s space was bright and cheerful, clean and organized, comfortable , and most important felt safe. If we ever need an Airbnb in St. Louis again we would stay here.

Excellent value for price. Beautiful comfortable home in a walkable neighborhood. Felt super safe the whole time. There are so many cafes to choose from and a dog park within walking distance. Host was super friendly and accommodating. Loved it!

This is a lovely aging property with lovely sized bedrooms. Everything was so clean. It was a fairly quiet neighbourhood and easy to get to amenities around St Louis. Parking wasn’t a problem either, as plenty on street parking and instructions from the host were simple and straightforward. Only regret is that there was no kettle for hot drinks but we used pans on stove instead. All in all a lovely place to stay and highly recommend.

This place was great and suited our needs well. It was fairly quiet (just a neighbor dog that barked sometimes but it wasn't terribly loud). The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. The couch was smaller than the one in the photo (seating for 3) but everything else was as expected.

We just LOVE the location of this place!! It is right across the street from Tower Grove Park and walkable distance to the Hill with amazing restaurants. The neighborhood is very lovely and the living room and dining room are spacious. Amanda and her team were excellent to work with. The bedrooms are on the smaller side and one of the two showers would be too small for most to fit comfortably. The location trumps any concerns- perfect size for a family with multiple kids or two couples with 1 kid each. We love visiting St. Louis and would absolutely return to this adorable place with another couple.

Raj was a gracious host!! Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and stay!! We has a few things come up due to the storm in the area and the response time to me was within minutes. The home is nice, clean, and spacious. The description is very accurate. I would definately recommend staying here.

Chrisy was an incredible host and has an incredible place to stay! She was very kind when the weather turned sour with tornado warnings and made sure we knew we could head to the basement and checked in on us after all was over. The house was so cute and was very clean. It’s hard to get those older homes to look good without years of buildup and she did just that. Great place- we will be back!!!

Joe's place was spotless and roomy. The high ceilings and sliding wooden doors are beautiful. We had everything we needed!

The place was extremely clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The place was extremely comfortable, well let and I felt safe. Latisha was great at communicating the entire time.

the apartment is beautifully decorated, the artwork on the walls was a nice touch. I wasnt sure what I expected but upon walking in the door up steps I was in awe. love the hardwood floors, enough windows to let in natural light, quiet area it was so serene, although i didnt use the washer and dryer it was nice knowing if i wanted to it was there, the welcoming water and pop on the table, and the host making himself available should i have questions or need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located near great restaurants and attractions.

Smooth check in very responsive hosts, comfortable place as well. On the departure I had left a load of clothes in the dryer. Daniel messaged me on airbnb and after no response there(those notifications get by me all the time) he texted me and with his help I was able to get my clothes I left behind. Outstanding on Daniel’s part, thank you again and best wishes!
