Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Casita Casita, the kids had so much fun in the pool and the kitchen was beautiful. On the last day, my six year old didn’t want to leave, she said she wished we could live there forever. It was super clean and when I did have a question, Courtney replied almost immediately. She was super great to work with, she sent us the house guide before our arrival and it included food recommendations. There was also a book printed guide which we actually referenced a lot! So that was helpful. The location is EXTREMELY walkable, we had fun walking to local shops and restaurants and the local park and bocci ball court.

Staying at this small house with pool was just what I needed. Enjoyed all aspects of my stay!

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

Wow - we had an amazing stay and loved Job's beautiful home. The photos barely capture the incredible views. 180 degrees views of Mt. Tam all the way down to the Bay - truly on top of world. Pool was bigger than expected, warm water, great covered porch, VERY nice pool house/bedroom & bath. All beds were super comfortable, everything sparkling clean and living room was such a great and comfy area to watch movies or just look at the view with a good book. Kitchen is outfitted (and labeled) with everything you need. Very close to San Anslemo downtown - which is filled with great lunch spots, coffee shops. So much to do in Marin and this is centrally located (note a steep driveway but we had no issues.) Can't think of a single improvement Job could make. I left something behind and he responded that day that he would ship back to me. One of our most favorite Airbnbs ever. THANK YOU!

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

We had a wonderful stay in Pacifica! The home was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location near the beach was perfect, with stunning cliffside views and the relaxing sound of the waves at night. It was such a peaceful getaway, and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Just as advertised. I come to San Francisco often and usually stay in this area, so it was a perfect location for me. It was a 10 minute walk from my son’s home. Right across the street from Golden Gate Park which I love to walk. All Emily described is completely accurate, transportation, museums , restaurants, etc. Quiet and safe neighborhood. If available I would definitely stay here again.

I felt truly happy in Tereza and Mauricio's spacious, immaculate, well-thought-out studio. It wasn't just the physical space that gave me a sense of peace, but the warmth and caring my hosts exuded in every note we exchanged before and during my four night stay. We loved this home. The area was great and near everything and the street was nice and quiet for the area. The home was immaculate, the care to maintain this home is obvious! Next time we are in San Francisco, this will be our first choice for lodging.

I stayed at Rose's for a business trip and it was the perfect spot! Very easy to get anywhere I wanted to be, it had a desk setup, and was quiet and lovely in the evenings. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Rose!

What a serene respite away into such a calm, beautiful, thoughtful space. Pack what you need and just stay awhile, the environment is one where you never want to leave. Very comfy bed, such thoughtful decor, and a calming outdoor space. It's tucked into a little neighborhood in Bolinas with dirt roads and the best smells imaginable : ) that's west Marin for you. This was such a perfect place to spend a week in San Francisco. Pamela's one-bedroom apartment had such character and taste while maintaining a sense of comfort. My wife and I felt right at home. The apartment had everything we needed, was perfectly clean, and was just aesthetically pleasing. Pamela was an incredible host: welcoming from the first contact and helping us get checking in and was responsive when we needed to change a key situation. She gave us helpful information about the area, even recommendations about our move to the area. The location on Page St was super quiet since it's a designated quiet street, but still felt in the center of Lower Haight. We walked to fantastic restaurants and shops and overall had a great trip. Would love to book with Pamela again!

The place is everything you need! Clean and spacious with full kitchen and living room. Will recommend to anyone who travel in SF.

I would highly recommend Ava‘s apartment to anyone visiting the San Francisco area. While the apartment was small, it accommodates two people very comfortably. Unfortunately, we had two family members to join us at the last minute which made it a little crowded. When I notified Ava that we would be having two unexpected family members traveling with us, she texted me back with a very detailed description of how the apartment might be a little crowded for four, but we were welcome to have our family members there. I appreciated her honesty and her accurate description of space. The back patio is beautiful with lovely furniture, and a nice fire pit and planters of native plants. It is also very private. The kitchen was well stocked with staples. Glenn Park is a neighborhood where we always felt safe. A grocery store, shops and restaurants were within walking distance. I highly recommend Garden Gem to couples traveling and wanting a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Thank you, Ava.

I can not say enough about how rejuvinating it was to stay at Matt's stunning home in Mill Valley. Our ONLY regret was that we did not stay for long enough. Matt is extremely kind, open and responsive. Waking up in the trees, taking a dip in the tub with morning coffee, and watching the deer walk by was our favorite past time. We took afternoon walks along the tree lined trail right in the back yard which was an incredible perk. Once you are there, you never truly never want to leave. The beds are extremely comfortable, water pressure is great and the home is stocked with all the amenities you might need. We stopped at Whole Foods on our way in to stock up for the first few meals --- we were so glad we did that and highly recommend. The house is located up the winding roads and then 100 stairs to climb up, but that is what makes it the spectaular experience it is. We can't wait to get back. Thank you, Matt!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is maintained perfectly for guests - everything from the most common chargers on each bedside table, excellent WiFi, a night light in the room designed for kids, and every item you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and rooms just right for a family. The yard and outdoor space was particularly special and perfect for a family get together, evening meals, and/or daytime activities. Thomas was exceptionally responsive and made check in a breeze. We will definitely be back!!

Clean and homey. We needed a place to settle after a camping trip and Ricky’s place was the perfect stop for a night. It was clean, easy to get to, lots of parking at the time, not far from the airport and not far from the city. The water pressure was excellent.
