Holiday rentals with a patio in Union County

I’ve stayed at Malik’s place a few time now. Can’t be the location and what the place has to offer. Very rare to find a 2 bed 2 bath rental on Airbnb when I travel. Would stay again for many years to come.

Came for the Coca Cola 600 - was a very nice place to stay. Quiet and clean.

Great location near the city. Literally only a few minutes to everything. The home itself was beautiful inside and sits in a cute neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a great stay. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking to visit Charlotte.

The place was very clean and quiet. I was traveling with my pup and there were plenty of places right aside to walk him. The park across the street was perfect. It’s a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The hosts were very communicative and had the kitchen and rooms well stocked. The neighbors were really nice too.

Fernanda was a wonderful host - super responsive and helpful and she even came by a few times to support us with our needs. The place was cozy and perfect for our week long stay. The beds were SO comfortable and the small details such as bathroom toiletries were a nice touch. We hope to return again!

It was a perfect quaint stay with everything you need & close to everything! Will definitely be staying there again! Getting in is slightly complicated but their instructions make it simple & easy to follow with lots of pictures. 💚

Ammie’s place was beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet, and thoughtfully well equipped. It was a wonderful overnight visit and would be great for an extended stay. He also offered us early check-in if we were in the area. We would definitely return.

Nice and quaint. Owners of the airbnb are very friendly, always willing to help, and welcoming. Property is very beautiful and well kept. We went fishing in the pond and caught a bunch of fish (catch and release) throughout our time. Main stores are about 20-30 minute drive but theirs a dollar general about 3 minutes down the road. Lots to do in the area if needed. Good getaway to relax, and break contact from the world for a bit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, focus on family, and enjoy nature. Bunch of different hiking trails in the area and the city of Charlotte for everything it offers.

Super spacious and clean. Very nice neighborhood. It is on the main road but none of us had issues with the noise. Close to all the stores, restaurants and bars you could need/want. Downtown Matthews is such a cute place. About a half hour from the airport and downtown Charlotte. The back patio was amazing, that is where we spent a majority of our time watching TV and hanging out. We loved the fenced in yard, and it does have wire fencing over it so your pets can’t get out. There was not a grill but we purchased a cheap charcoal grill to use. The house had all the dishes you could need. The lighting in the kitchen is pretty dim but during the day all the natural light comes in, nighttime is when it’s most noticeable. I highly recommend booking this house, we really enjoyed our stay and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Loved this house. We felt right at home. House was super clean and the neighborhood was fantastic. It was very quiet at night and less than 10 minutes away from Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews. We rented this house for a lacrosse tournament, and we will definitely be back next year.

We were in town for a family wedding. This home was easy to navigate to everything we needed, and had plenty of room for us to visit with family. The streets were walkable, neighbors friendly, and though we didn't use it, it was nice to have the garage option. Wonderful, beautiful home. Gas range was a bonus!!

Very clean home, exactly as described. Chad was super helpful and quick to respond! We will definitely stay again when we come to Charlotte!

If you are going to be staying near Waxhaw, NC stop looking this is the place. My only complaint is the address takes you to the front door. And the access and parking is in the back. Chris may have put that in the instructions. But who reads the instructions until it is dar. I just wondered around and quickly figured it out. We got in later than expected. So we did not want to bother anyone so late. But me and my in-laws walked in and WOW. What a pleasant surprise to find a house so spacious. Easily could sleep more if needed.

Check in was such an easy process! House was clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this townhouse. It was clean and exactly as described. Location was perfect for us to visit family in the area. Host addressed an issue we had in the same day and was very responsive. We will stay here again when we visit Charlotte again.

Nice Apartment in a quite area not to far from all the fun spots in charlotte host response back very quick and nice if you looking for a home in charlotte this is the place to be ‼️

I have been around Charlotte for a couple of weeks and this was the best place I have stayed in since I have been here!!!! For an apartment this was great! Everything you want and need was there. This was like being at home just in a different place. I would rent this place for a month for sure!

The rental was absolutely perfect for my visit. Super low key and quiet. Very accessible to downtown. I will definitely use the place again in the future, whenever I visit Charlotte again.
