Beautifully appointed and has a suburban feel yet only 5-6 minutes to uptown, 12 minutes to NODA arts district, and 20 minutes to/from the airport. All necessities are included (see below). Internet, TV & stereo are also at your disposal along with a sitting area and work table. Bright and beautiful feel with large window and skylight. We have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Our place is clean and comfortable and supplied with a 65" TV, high-speed wireless internet, a printer, office supplies and other amenities. Great location just 10 minutes from Matthews, 20 minutes from Ballantyne, 20 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from South Park shopping area.

Our cozy and completely private studio apartment is located above our detached garage. We're located in a quiet residential neighborhood that allows for easy and quick access (+/-10 mins) to Uptown Charlotte , Bank of America Stadium, Spectrum Center, Belk Theater, Music Factory, SouthPark Mall, NASCAR Hall of Fame, grocery stores, yoga studio, gyms, banks, as well as many great dining experiences. Only 20 mins to the airport.
