I was completely satisfied. The area was super quiet, which may also be due to the season. The beach was a five minute walk. Shopping facilities were about 5 minutes away by car. The place was clean and I felt comfortable and safe from the first minute. I was alone as a woman in this place and area and would come back anytime. Thank you!

Everything was tip top - we rented two apartments and were alone on the apartment floor & thus also the communal kitchen for us. But also kettles/cups + plates in the individual rooms allowed retreat at any time. Also, thank you for always being available to answer our questions and for the various useful tips! Very cozy apartment in the green area of Koszalin. Great communication with the apartment owner, lots of free parking in the area, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. If we ever visit Koszalin again, we'd love to go back to this location :)

The check-in was via a caretaker who also came quickly after a little communication. The number of persons only determines the number of towels and linens. The upper floor is not opened even for 12 people. We were 6, which is actually Max. The rest would have to sleep on the sofas, which unfolded does not mean space in the room. The kitchen is small but enough for breakfast or children's food, a clothes rack, no oven, there was toaster, microwave, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, small washing machine, no toilet paper, dishwasher (without tabs), outside is a beautiful pavilion that we used a lot. When we arrived, the garbage cans were full - but were quickly emptied. Two cars can easily park. It's often noisy at night. There are advertising cars and loud motorbikes. The lake smells. The sea is close. Would come back, well suited for families. Living room/doors clairaudient. Beds have a rust, could be better beds but ok.
