Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

Patrick was the best host we had in Sansibar. A friend of mine and I are travelling the island and Patrick was very kind and helpful, he booked us a Safari. Thanks for that 🙏🏻 Its nice to talk with him and he also cooked rice and beans for us which was very tasty!! Definitely recommend to stay in this apartment. The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

Really lovely apartment with wonderful outside space and air conditioned en suite bedrooms. I loved being able to nip to the beach for my early morning swim and then come back to relax in the pool which, although it's small, was great for cooling off. We managed to have all 4 of us (2 adults plus 2 full sized teens) in at once. Sonia was really welcoming and very helpful, always responding quickly to queries both before and during our stay. She also gave us handy info about local restaurants who we could message and have deliver to the apartment which was perfect for us. Eating on the terrace every night was great. All in all a lovely week in a beautiful apartment with a great host. Thank you

The place is very clean, peacefully and it is as shown in the photo, beautiful house and the environment is cool. I recommend this place to others.

Listing is as described. I had stayed in another place in Stone Town during a previous stay but I prefer this one because it is more authentic and the host is very friendly and warm, gave us restaurant recommendations to help us. The listings on the ground floor are a little dark because the windows are not open but it's because of the city center. Great location

Abudy was very responsive and he got us a driver who facilitated our movements around Zanzibar seamlessly. He has a team that comes in to clean on request and they quickly responded when we made a request for additional towels in the night. The place is clean and I internet was reliable. I would highly recommend this place and will certainly stay there again on my next visit.

We spent two nights at Abdallah's, the apartment is clean and functional, ideally located very close to the small narrow streets of Stone Town that lead to the seaside in 8mn walk. We were welcomed very generously and Abdallah would answer all our questions whenever we needed them. Great for discovering Stone Town and its riches, thanks again!

I had a wonderful stay at Riz’s Airbnb apartment in Zanzibar. The space was classic, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. Riz was an excellent host, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zanzibar and look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

AbdulKarim place is as described. It's spacious, clean, the decor is great, safe, and peaceful. AdbulKarim is very nice, he's available when you need him, he is very attentive, easy to communicate with and should you have any issues while staying at his place he will be there to address all of your concerns.
