The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Its a short walk to Mangonui village shops and cafes. The covered courtyard at the rear of the property is private, furnished and with a Weber BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining.
