Holiday rentals with a kayak in Ulysses

Jill's place was perfect for celebrating a special occaison! The location is picture perfect and there is everything you could ask for! Great communication and very clean and organized! We highly recommend for anyone travelling to Seneca Lake!

Drift away was a wonderful cottage right on the lake. Place was extremely comfortable. Beautiful views. We didn’t have the greatest weather which would have made the trip so much better, so we hope to plan a trip back soon.

The views of the lake were beautiful and so peaceful and private. The home was very comfortable and close to Cornell. Dominic gave great instructions - it was a lovely weekend.

First time in Ithica, and this was a great place to stay near downtown. We specifically wanted to be on the water, and this place delivered. Very cozy and comfortable house for our family. Looking to come back in the summer and bring our boat and take full advantage of the dock/lake.

We had a lovely time. The highlight was kayaking around the lake on Noah’s kayaks and going up a stream which had beautiful nature and flowering lily pads. We also enjoyed swimming and eating out on the patio. Everything was as advertised.

What a delightful retreat we had at Casa Del Rosso! Jeannie and Mario are not only gracious hosts but also exceptional communicators who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Anything we needed was either thoughtfully provided at the house or quickly delivered by Jeannie herself. The home is a haven for culinary enthusiasts—a true chef's paradise—with every utensil, platter, and gadget you could dream of. Beyond the kitchen, a treasure trove of fun awaits in the shed, including life jackets, yard games, coolers, and more. The kayaks and paddle boat were an absolute hit with our family! Speaking of family, we are a group of six, and the house accommodated us with ease and comfort. The views from the property are nothing short of breathtaking; being right on the lake was pure magic. What a beautiful location and very nice house. We didn't have any issues at all and hope we can come back in the future. The lake water was too cold for us to want to swim but we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and played card games on the balcony. The weather in June is perfection, the wineries and State parks nearby were so great, and the house itself had everything we needed. Thank you so much, Kate!

Sean’s property was beautifully maintained and exceeded our expectations. We chose this location for its accessibility, particularly for my elderly mother, and it proved to be an ideal choice. The walk to the lake was easy and convenient, making it even more enjoyable. Sean was highly responsive and communicative, promptly addressing any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

What a lovely stay! The cottage's location right on Keuka Lake was absolutely perfect, offering amazing wildlife and lake activity. We truly appreciated the privacy and genuine homey feel – made us feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We'd definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay for our weekend trip! The location was absolutely amazing, and we loved being able to fall asleep listening to the waves of the lake. We had more than enough room for the 4 of us!

We loved the cabin spent Mothers Day weekend with my family and Grandkids...we definitely would stay again the view is beautiful and the sunset everything meant all our needs

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

One of my top two favorite rental spaces to date! Dan has created a space that met any need we had. Every last detail and inch of the space has been so well thought out. A bottle of wine was generously waiting for us upon our arrival. Dan is very thorough in his instructions and communication. He reached out during our stay to make sure we were doing well and didn’t have any issues. The setting is so peaceful whether you are up around the cottage or down by the lake. Our weather wasn’t great, so unfortunately time on the lake itself didn’t happen. We hope to visit again and be able to make use of the kayaks. Fantastic find if you’re looking to get away! Very nice little home which sits on Seneca lake. A beautiful view of the sunset the lake is in full view sitting in the house. Everything was there for us as far as toiletries and bath supplies and a full kitchen.

John is the perfect host, I felt like a V-VIP. He made sure I was comfortable and was over and above helpful with every last detail. He has bikes for guests to get around on and would graciously pick me up when I got stuck down hill. He helped me with fires to enjoy the starry night sky, and escorted me to the cabin when I got back late after a wedding party. The cabin is delightful and serene, on the edge of his property looking into bright green trees. He’s got it set up for barbecues and has even put out sticks for marshmallow roasting. A cute outdoor shower, and an eco-toilet cabin behind the room. I enjoyed swimming in the lake, doing hikes at the National reserve & on the property, watching the cows on the pasture, star gazing, & trying out the local eatery spots. I highly recommend this elevated glamping experience with a host that will do anything in his power to make sure you’re happy.

This was a dreamy peaceful little place. It was a welcomed relaxing space as I just finished a year of teaching. It looked just like the photos. Had many things that one would need to enjoy your stay. I loved the updated touches and bathroom while still being a rustic cabin. The fire place is so cozy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying here and they didn’t disappoint! We had such an amazing weekend. I told suzi it was my girlfriend’s birthday and she went above and beyond for us. Not only do we love this place but I feel like we made friends with these guys and literally couldn’t think of a single thing they could do better. 10/5 stars without a doubt. Look forward to going back in the future!!

Great Stay Great Cabin! Everything was clean we felt comfortable there. The hot tub was great after the 2.4 mile walk at Watkins glen. It was too cold for us to kayak but it was nice sitting by the water and chilling. Loved the sound of the water at night.

Our stay was great! So so quiet you can hear a pin drop. Being by the river was great, we got to see new baby goslings and watch people go by on kayaks. The place is very peaceful, and right down the road from a few different winery’s! The neighborhood wasn’t the most vibrant part of town, but it had its own atmosphere and views on the drive were breathtaking. Also good thing to note—the next door neighbor has a beautiful Great Dane who likes to pace the dividing fence and sometimes barks pretty loud and gets excited. Great dog, on an electric fence, but just for anyone who has reactive dogs or sensitive dogs, definitely something to consider.

It was a very beautiful place to stay and great for the price, the weather wasn’t cooperating fully but because of how cozy it was we didn’t really notice!

We had such a great time here! Heidi’s place was clean and in a great location. We loved utilizing the dock and really appreciated all the personal touches that Heidi left for us!

Absolutely a wonderful stay! Breath taking views and the perfect serene spot in nature. We will definitely be coming back! Cynthia was so helpful with providing instructions and activities to do!
