Our "Cozy Cabin" getaway is located in a peaceful country setting. A creek & hillside is located behind the cabin. Relax on our 2 porches and enjoy the view of our field with horses grazing and deer passing thru. There is a fire pit, gas grill & small shelter house with swing for your outside enjoyment. All the amenities for a relaxing stay close to Yatesville Lake (18 miles), Rush Off-Road Park (13 miles) & Giovanni's Pizza (5 miles). Tristate area KY/WV/OH can be in all within 30 minutes.

The cozy cottage

The cozy cottage is on the south facing slope in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. It’s .5 mile from I-64 but feels much more rural than the convenient 7 minute drive to downtown Huntington. Its location on the outskirts of the city makes for nice relaxing evenings with the convenience of still being close. The master bedroom has a tv and queen size bed. The spare bedroom has a tv and full size bed. The living room has a tv, dvd player, and queen size pull out sleeper sofa.

The Yellow House

Getaway on this 300+ (with 700+ available nearby) acre working farm. Explore pastures, woodlands, rock cliffs and beautiful vistas while looking for wildlife (hiking has some restrictions Sept to Dec) . Enjoy a picnic or evening fire listening to whip poor wills at the campground located on the property; or have a peaceful cup of coffee on the porch. Traveling with your horse /ATV, ask about available stall and trail access. Located between Paintsville, Yatesville and Grayson lakes.

The Hemlock House is a newly restored 1920's era home nestled on 3 wooded acres just outside of town with no houses within 500 ft in any direction. It is conveintly located just 1.5 miles south of I-64 at exit 11. 3.5 miles from downtown Huntington. Great stop for travelers, sporting events, groups, Marshall football, soccer, track, Hospital, or events. Private and level parking for two at the house and large rv/trailer parking at the entrance. Private, safe, no neighbors, and clean.
