Gabriele is a host you can only wish for! Always quick to reach, solution-oriented, super friendly and accommodating! I felt very comfortable in his place. The place is clean. You have everything you need and he even provides a parasol and other things for the beach trip I thought it was really nice that there was water to refill and coffee. It's the little things that made it very cosy. I thought the location was perfect, you could also walk everywhere or take a nice walk to Santa Caterina. In July and August, there is even a bus that connects the surrounding areas. I recommend a car or scooter in the low season. You can park in front of the door. We stayed there for a month. The house was very large with windows and balconies on both sides of the house so you see the sunrise and sunset everyday. There's a smaller terrace in the back and a larger one in front. There isn't any grass in those terrace areas, if you have a dog, but there is a park just across the street, which even has a dogpark. Everything in the house was in good condition and modern. Grocery stores are just a few minutes walk away and the seaside is about 10 minutes drive. It's also one of the quietest areas in town, so if you're staying in Nardo and want a little more peace and quiet, this is a good place for you. There's public parking spots directly in front of the house, and nearly every time there were free spots, so it's not an issue finding parking. The only issue for us was the internet works well downstairs but can be a little weak in the rooms upstairs or on the terraces. Something to keep in mind if you're working from there. Umberto and Anastasia with little Enrico Maria made our stay very pleasant. Among other things, we have a dog that went very well with theirs. Beautiful Apulian villa with a large park of various plants, almond trees and olive trees inside. In the back they made 3 cottages with everything you need for a long and short stay. Good. I've had a fantastic week in this accommodation. We felt right at home from the warm welcome of Daniela and Valentino at check-in. The accommodation was very clean and provided with everything and a little more that we could need. The accommodation is located with fantastic panoramic views of the sea, very close to the water, several different beaches and swimming areas. The accommodation is located between two villages with exquisite restaurants and cafes on each side. We are more than satisfied with our stay and will gladly return here.
