Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ulten

We felt very comfortable in Marion and Paolo's apartment. The apartment has been very clean and equipped with everything you need. Salurn is a very nice quiet and cozy place, with a few nice restaurants. The location is perfect for taking beautiful hikes from there or driving to the nearby Kalterer See. Marion and Paolo are very warm and gave us many helpful recommendations.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had a great stay for three! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped and very cozy. Especially practical: A supermarket was only a minute's walk away. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was very kind and helpful. The area is fantastic for cyclists and bikers – there are many beautiful routes and wonderful nature. Small loving details in the accommodation also made our stay more beautiful. We would come back anytime – thank you for the wonderful time!

The accommodation is beautifully located and offers a wonderful environment to relax. Everything we needed for our stay was available – clean, well-equipped and very cozy. We would like to especially highlight Judith: She is a very courteous and helpful host who welcomed us with a lot of warmth. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

The view is fantastic. We all had a happy stay for 4 days. There was a grocery store and a butcher shop selling good meat close by, so I enjoyed a barbecue. I used the mountain mini train and cable car for free with the guest pass provided by the host. I want to try living in this accommodation for a month.

Beautiful and spacious chalet in the middle of Scuol, the rooms are large, the 5 beds very comfortable. This wooden chalet is subtly renovated, it feels like home! Everything is within walking distance (thermal baths, train station, shops, restaurants, hikes, etc.). The welcome is adorable and very responsive, we will be back!!

The highlight is the view. Simply amazing and fantastic!! There is nothing missing in the apartment and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and easy to reach. The location is very and perfect for switching off. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. You feel very local, as there are no tourists and many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

We had a few questions about locating the house but with the photo we did locate the unit and followed the instructions to get in. For some reason we had a question about getting the key out of the door but thanks to the responsiveness of Elena and Giulio we were inside and ready to enjoy our time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance but plenty of wonderful eateries close by. The accommodations are just as described and the host is ready to help if needed. Would stay again and hopefully you find this review helpful

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and, of course, exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for it and you can enjoy the beautiful big house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and it worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into the city. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We travelled a lot, but also enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. Thank you

Loved our stay in the Ines cottage! The check-in was really easy, the place was spotless, and it was spacious for two people. It’s in a great location to explore Riva, and is an easy drive out to other towns like Arco and Limone. The use of the free city bikes was really handy - good for a brief cycle to Torbole for gelato! Giulia is a great host, really responsive and helpful. We’d definitely return in the future! Thank you!

Beautifully located little piece of earth. Francesca and her husband are extremely friendly and our children had a lot of fun with the animals. In the morning, the horse, the dog and the chickens greet you ☺️ We will definitely come back to this idyllic place in the middle of the vineyards!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

Clean house at the quiet area

This is my second time staying at Walter and Mariuccia’s place. I love their home because we really feel at our home. They are very kind and responsive hosts. Again, I love their surroundings. Mountains, rivers, cute cities close by. I highly recommend their place to stay and for sure I will go back again.

Very tastefully furnished apartment that is also able to meet upscale requirements. Quiet and tranquil surroundings; a park-like garden that invites you to linger. Excellent care by the host, with comprehensive documentation of the apartment and leisure activities, sights and gastronomy in the surrounding area.

We stayed at Liliana's house for a weekend out of town. In the apartment, we found everything we needed and everything was clean. Liliana was very helpful (she allowed us to check in early) and kind, also providing us with practical tips for visiting Molveno and its surroundings.

For a special occasion, we chose to return to Merano and Laura and Robert's house was a pleasant discovery. A stone's throw from the historic centre and the thermal baths, we found a welcoming, tidy environment with everything you need for a quiet stay. Laura is truly a super host, with very fast response times and flexibility. Private and safe parking a stone's throw from the house is essential. Absolutely recommended.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

I am very satisfied with the accommodation and the collaboration offered by Elisa, in this regard I would be very happy to come back. The double amenities are very useful and the apartment is really large, cozy and well divided. In the kitchenette there was, in addition to the pots, what was necessary for a spaghetti, including salt, sugar, oil Etc! Fantastic!!! A nice 10 and praises to the host. On the other hand, I was a little bad for the changes made to the Solaria structure, which I attended in the 80s \ '90s, when the complex was fully accessible regardless of the area where the apartment was located. Having created off-limits for Albarè customers I think was a penalizing choice for the entire complex. Too bad! That huge spaceship, in which you could move and access the amenities freely from the inside using corridors and elevators, was an unicum unicum, especially for families with young children. Too bad!

Cristian's place is perfect and matches the description. He was also very kind and responsive. It was a really perfect 4 days! Thanks again and (hopefully) see you soon!
