There is a beautiful swimming beach about 100 metres from the house (see the view in the pictures), and there are nice hiking areas both in the mountains and along the sea right from the house. Here, you can relax in peaceful surroundings or visit tourist destinations and enjoy activities, all within easy reach. This is also a perfect base for excursions to, for example, the Sunnmørsalpene. Hareid is about 20 km away by boat across to the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund.

Large and modern cabin, right by the lake in idyllic Tjørvåg. The cabin has large outdoor terraces that are excellent for barbecue and play. Large jacuzzi with salt water. Good fishing and swimming opportunities in the lake, as well as pleasant mountains if you want some exercise. It is a short distance to Fosnavåg or Ulsteinvik which has many restaurants and shops. Sunnmørsbadet (water park) is located about 13-14 min drive from the cabin. Rowboat and fishing equipment available.
