Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

It's easy to feel at home here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cosy 27 square metre cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 square metre veranda offering a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cabin is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

The cottage has a small, well-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and a practical hall. In the open living room there is a dining area, a spacious and comfortable bunk bed and a sofa bed. There is also Wi-Fi with good speed and a fireplace for cozy evenings. Patio under roof, with barbecue grill. You have access to the entire garden. The host family lives in the neighboring courtyard. Newly built in 2019. 150 m to Elljusspår, outdoor gym and the start of Vildmarksleden. 1 km to Dössberget's inn and the fairy tale trail. About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg and Sjö. 1.5 km walk to the ski centre. 3 beds. (+2 sofa beds) Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in a sofa bed (best suited for children). There is a wood-fired sauna. Cleaning and rental of bed linen/towels can be purchased. No smoking and no pets.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Lägenheten har en fantastisk utsikt över hagar och älven. Ni bor mitt i hjärtat av siljansbygdens stora kulturutbud. Gångavstånd till badplats. Cykelavstånd till Leksands centrum. Lägenheten är beläget i dalarnas vackraste by. OBS: Veckan efter midsommar bärgar vi hö så det är stor aktivitet på gården och om det krävs även en stor torkfläkt som går dagtid från ca 0900 - 1800. Cabin of 60 sqm built in 2018 with large terrace, sunny location all day and views of Siljan. The cottage has two smaller bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom, a large living room with TV and kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Garden furniture and barbecue available. The cottage is adjacent to our holiday home and has its own parking. A few minutes walk to swimming in Siljan.
