Exceptional accommodation and exceptional host. The house is 8 minutes walk to the central square of Filandia and the transportation to Salento and Cocora Valley. wonderful room, very clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Excellent for a short or long stay. Beautiful scenery and surroundings. Would definitely return many more times. Host is exceptionally helpful and responsive - she goes out of her way to welcome guests and assist them in any way to the extent of providing a goodbye gift on departure. A true Lady. A gorgeous house in a gorgeous natural setting. The kitchen is well-stocked for at-home meals. Filandia is a short 12 minute drive. And the location is perfectly situated to reach all sights in the Eje Cafetero. Wi-fi was fast and we appreciated NOT having TV so that we could enjoy the space. Beds were comfortable. We loved daily visits from our neighbor’s dog. Very private setting. A few notes: we had trouble with water temperature (either in extremely hot or extremely cold), the stovetop was difficult to get lighted or stay lit, and we never figured out the oven even after instructions from the host. All things that could easily be addressed. Otherwise, I 100% recommend.

English below!! The stay was incredibly nice! The place is in the middle of the countryside and the view is really beautiful. Hummingbirds and parrots are constantly flying past the house and in the morning you get a whole bird concert. The house is a few meters from the host apartment, so you have a lot of privacy all the time. The hosts are super nice, always available and very accommodating. Super suitable to get a few days of rest. Our stay was super pleasant. The house is surrounded by pure nature and there are plenty of birds flying by all the time. It's really quite and as the house is a couple of meters away from the hosts place down the hill, you do have a lot of privacy. They're very friendly and were always there when we had any questions. The house itself is very beautiful and clean, everything was working perfectly. Would always come back, great place to get some rest. Saludos a nuestros amables y generosos anfitriones!! ☺️

The highlight of this stay is in the view and the housekeepers Maricela and Nestor. This couple is so warm and welcoming you will feel right at home. They cooked for us, gave us a delightful coffee tour, arranged taxis, etc. The surroundings are stunning and so peaceful. The beds are comfortable and we used the washer and dryer which was a perk! The house itself is odd in some ways and could use some personal touches like a lamp on the bedside table and comfortable furniture to relax or watch TV. I was glad we were only a family of 4 since it gets loud when anyone is awake, playing games or watching shows. All in all the people and view made it totally worth the stay and I would highly recommend.
