Monthly Rentals in Ulice

The apartment was great, large, clean and completely sufficient for us as a family of 3. The apartment is accessible via the backyard and separated by a gate, so we could enjoy total privacy and use the garden superbly to play with our child. There was some paperwork to do regarding the check-in, where everything went smoothly. We were also lucky that we were allowed to leave the apartment at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, as we had to bridge the lunch break and would otherwise have been stranded somewhere. Overall a clear recommendation!

This place is: 3 mins walk from the city center 2 mins walk to the bus 2 mins walk to the taxis And even has a garage spot. Melisa is a fantastic, friendly, and all-around amazing person. We really enjoyed staying at Moderna Apartmani. It s a new building and I liked the interior design, a good atmosphere . Thank you so much for everything. We will come back for sure.

Everything about the check-in went smoothly, with excellent communication and quick responses. The location is very good — less than a 10-minute walk to the large supermarket Bingo, about 3 minutes to the bus station, and around 15 minutes to the center of Brčko. Inside the apartment is very beautiful and cozy, with a luxury TV, air conditioner, fully equipped kitchen, and a hot water shower
