My wife and I loved the place. 5 min walk to the sea with many good swimming places and restaurants/bars. Plenty of space for two, drinking water supplied, nice terraces. Perfect IF you are willing to adapt to the funky standard. Everything is a bit old, some things malfunction. No AC but the bedroom in the Souterrain stays cool. If you want hotel standard, better go somewhere else. If not, you will enjoy the friendly place and the sea view terrace!

this is a really luxuriously furnished apartment, with all its equipment and accessories. The cleanliness is at a high level. The host is very accommodating and kind, always ready to help. the apartment is located in a good location, so it is easy to reach the big beach, city center, old town…nearby are shops, restaurants and everything you need. Our stay with Branka was simply beautiful! Branka is the sweetest Host we ever had, she always made us feel very welcomed and helped us with whatever we needed. The Apartment itself was small but charming. Even though it is clearly very old and run down we felt very comfortable. Our biggest highlight was the beautiful beach that is 10 minutes walking from the Apartment, for us it was so much nicer than being on the main beach of Dobra Voda and easier to reach from our place. All in all we recommend the apartment and everything that includes the stay at Brankas beautiful House. (Delicious ice cream and bakery surprises, seasonal fruits from the trees of the garden and a host that makes you feel like a friend.) We hope to have the chance to come back some day!

But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled view of the city. Waking up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning was a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Rooms were clean. We liked it very much. Top location and a very large apartment. We had a very good time and would book with Leart again every time.

We have nothing but praise for the host and the apartment! The location is fantastic – convenient and perfect for all needs. There’s parking in front and a supermarket right in the building, and plenty of restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and entertainment options nearby. Velika Plaza is also very close, as are the Ulcinj city center and the old town, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The apartment is extremely clean, tidy, and spacious, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. But what really stood out was the host – incredibly kind, approachable, proactive and always ready to help. They provided us with so much useful information, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home! As someone who has been working in tourism for many years, I can confidently say that this host sets the standard for exceptional hospitality and is truly one of a kind. We were absolutely delighted, and we can’t wait to return!

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Diar was a gteat host and the rrom was excellent

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

We had apartment on ground floor, above the restaurant. We have got a wonderful view over the quay. The apartment has spacious living rook combined with the kitchen. Living room has ~100" TV set We stayed with a kid of 8 and two cats. Everything went well, have no complaints. All our requests were fulfilled. Three bedrooms two of which are equipped with a dedicated bathroom. There's one common bathroom in the apartment. Kitchen is connected with a terrace which has sunbeds and a table. Terrace is large enough to do yoga and walk. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate small tower with huge windows through which you can observe the changing views of the sea. Pretty cosy! Apartment if full of different items. Decoration seems interesting and unusual. Hosts are living in the same building, but we had a separate entrance. There's a cosy beach down the hill with a small restaurant. Place it super quite. No crowds of people. The beach felt private. It's pebble beach.

The access is spectacular and only for experienced drivers. First of all, it makes a high-quality impression. On closer inspection, you can see a lot of cheap materials. The doors and walls are foil-wrapped and this is coming off, for example, on the lower door frame of the bathroom. The accuracy of fit of cabinet doors, etc. also leaves room for improvement. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. Few dishes and cutlery and neither toaster nor coffee machine. The volume from the neighbouring apartments is unobtrusive, but if cooking is done next door, the smell is transferred to your own apartment. Great views and swimming in the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea are a great advantage of the complex, in addition to its cleanliness. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. The selection of bread, cheese and cold cuts is very small, but every day we were surprised with many creations of roasted, baked and salads. Great praise to the staff: very nice, attentive and accommodating.

Martin's apartment is beautiful, very tasteful and furnished with a lot of love. You can tell that it is a place that is important to him and his family - and that is exactly how you can live here. As a family of four, we were able to sleep well and comfortably there and felt very comfortable. The equipment is very good and of high quality. I've never had Silit pans in a holiday apartment. Martin is a very courteous, helpful and dedicated host who took care of everything and all communication was exemplary. The very high level of cleanliness is also particularly noteworthy, something that is very important to me and that is lacking elsewhere. The apartment is fantastic, in the village itself you have to be careful as a pedestrian and in the car with the traffic. Velika Plaža is a great beach (also for children), the restaurant Il Galeone nearby is highly recommended. Thanks for the lovely stay in the great apartment!

We stayed for 1 month in this apartment in Dubrava. It's near the sea and the view from the roof top is stunning! Nena is super kind and helpful and tries to solve every issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much! Vidimo se :)

Annas place was amazing. The apartment was very nice, spacious and had everything we needed for a two weeks stay, 2 adults and 2 teens. It has AC, sheets, towels, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen equipment and even snorkeling equipment). The balcony was spacious with an absolute amazing view to the sea and private beach were we had our daily morningswim. We also used the swimmingpool a lot, it was very nice and the sunterrace was amazing too. It's a short walk (5 min) to the public beach, restaurant and markets. Anna was very friendly and caring, she responded quickly on our requests and met us when we arrived late in the evening.
