Very nice flat, all new! Really close to the sea. Shops are 5 mn away by car. Everything went well and Ema was available if needed.

Ema has really nice houses with such a wonderful and great apartments! Our apartment wasn't the exception. It was big enough for our small family - me, my wife and our 1 y.o. baby (also my dad joined for several days). We had everything we need and even more - that was a BIG plus! Ema offered cleaning services which was another good point and everyday she checked how's our stay going - whether everything OK and we need anything. She's very polite, friendly and paying attention on her guests in every aspect. If you're looking for a really nice beach - the closest one was good, but not the best. You'll definitely have a car - so don't be lazy to explore other beaches - you'll find something better just across the corner ))) If you're looking for quite and restful place for you vacation - far from all that crowds (Budva, Bar, etc.) - this is the one you have to choose.

We had an amazing time, hosts we very welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed walk to the beach, and the view from the balcony was especially worth it! I would raccommand this place to everyone wanting to experience Bar and Šušanj at it's best :)

As a solo woman travel, Mr Dragan, his family and the amazing place he has made my one month in Sutomore as an unforgettable experience. The apartment is much better in every aspect you can see in the pictures. Feels so cozy, extremely clean and quiet all the time. The family was so nice and attentive with an honest kindness rare to see these days. In my case was perfect place I wanted quiet & relax, The wifi was super all the time. I walked to the city and it was a bit challenging but and excellent exercise. If you have a car. everything is close you can visit any place and return to your cozy apartment to rest and enjoy fantastic sunsets. The bus is just few blocks from the place so easy to travel by bus too. To Mr Dragan and his family Thanks so much for soooo much kindness and to offer such a great place for us to enjoy Montenegro &Sutomore. High-quality & Highly recommended. The apartment is great! Very clean, super equipped and quiet location. You have a wonderful view from the balcony to the sea. The sunsets were beautiful. There is a private parking space right outside the apartment, locked with a gate. You also need the car, it's difficult to walk. You can be on beautiful beaches in minutes. Ema is a great host, friendly, helpful and quick to reach. It was a very nice stay :-)

The apartment was super clean and organized. The host family is very friendly and punctual with helping us get into the apartment and settled. Everyone speaks great English, so communication is easy if your Serbo-Croatian language skills are lacking. ;-) We really enjoyed our stay at Mladen's place.

The bar is very noisy and crowded , especially in August. I was warned, but I didn't think so. The apartment is spacious on the ground floor , it didn't bother us, but it's not hot . No sea view.

We had a truly lovely stay at Marina's place! Marina is vrey kind, receptive, and communicative, which made everything so smooth from the beginning. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped — perfect even for a longer stay. We had everything we needed, and it really felt like a home away from home. Another big plus is the location: everything you might need is just a short walk away, from shops and cafes to transport. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Marina as a host!

Everything perfect. We got breakfast and took a boat tour. Vine was also delicious.

A modern, spotless and spacious apartment with good WiFi. Well equipped with a good sized balcony with partial sea views. Very comfortable with black out blinds ensuring good sleep. Ema communicated well and is on hand if you have any questions. We are happy to recommend.

Marina was an amazing host! Would definitely stay again, she responding to all of my queries, was so helpful and picked me up from the train station. I felt at home as a solo female traveller. Thank you so much Marina, I appreciate my stay here.

I had a fantastic one-month stay at Marina's! The apartment is in a modern building with tasteful decor, a small terrace, a comfortable bed, and an excellent shower located a five-minute walk from the beach (and close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and the train station). The building even has a communal washer and dryer, which was a plus. A good value, highly recommended. I hope to return!

This apartment is one of these rare finds, where you feel at home right away. This is especially important for full-time travellers like us. You get, what you see here and this is also rare on this platform. It is super clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The street in front of the house is very quiet, not much traffic. The apartment faces the back of the house, what is even better. The kitchen is small, but has it all. I cook every day and I got along, so you can, too. Enough towels and bed linen are provided. The location is great. In less than 5 minutes you are at the beach, on the cliff and the 3 supermarkets. At this time of the year Sutomore is still quiet, so I recommend a visit around March – June. Marina is a very friendly and helpful host and always responsive. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask and she will help you. Thank you for the lovely time we had in your apartment.

The place is brand new, everything is super clean, apartment is great. Parking is not the best - but will do for a couple of cars, definitely not for the full amount of rooms of the hotel. Communication was not easy as there were no English speaking individuals. Also, they wanted us to pay again - they did not have full info of the already made payment. In the end, all went ok, but not the best feeling when you arrive after a long drive and have to deal with not wanting to pay twice. Once again, I would recommend the hotel as its very nice and clean.

We stayed in the apartment for about a month, everything was great. The place matched like in the photos, it was very cozy and clean. They treated us kindly, Nina checked us in, showed us everything and told us. Or we didn't get anything (from dishes or linens),we could come up and ask at any time, everything we needed. The only thing that is a little far from the main attractions is very suitable for privacy. The store is also a little far away, so I recommend taking a car(by car to the nearest store 3-5 minutes) The sea is 5 minutes away, there is no beach, there is a pier. but everything is equipped to make it fashionable to swim. Would recommend to anyone!

We were looking for something modern and pleasant with a nice view and we found it here. Staff was so nice and polite. Everything was clean, end cleaning was every two days. The beach is 5 to 10 minutes by walk, there are several options, all of them are tiny, great choice for families with children, and for couples of course, beaches are not commercial and you have an amazing view of the open sea, rocks and mountains.

What an amazing stay! The apartment, the communication with Josip, the location, everything surpassed my expectations. Josip and his family are seriously incredible hosts, nothing is too much trouble and always respond promptly and kindly. The location is great, a large Voli Supermarket 250m down the road, dozens of restaurants/cafes all within 5 minutes walk in either direction and the city center only 10 minutes drive (I even jogged there and to the old town on multiple occasions) I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed, the building and grounds are impeccable and it was a genuinely great place to be. If you are staying in Ulcinj I hope you are lucky enough to stay here and experience all it has to offer. 5 Stars and I wish there was more to give! Highly recommend!

Great place, friendly staff. However, you definitely need a car there because it is impossible to get to shops / restaurants / sightseeing on foot

The apartment is small but tidy and cozy. Rather for motorists, because it is located on a hill and leads to it quite a long, winding road. Daily climbing could be challenging. :) View from balcony and nearby fairytale bench! There is a public parking lot under the building, where we always found a place. For the first time, following the address indicated by the owner, it is better to suggest a photo, because maps can be confused. All of the listed amenities were provided, but we weren't informed about the important aspect of the pool failure. We didn't see it until after we arrived, and nothing was fixed for two weeks. Of course, this didn't ruin our stay, but the disgust caused by the silence remained. Even so, the contact with Vasily was good because he was quick to answer all of our questions. We recommend this place and would love to come back. :)
