The wooden house, built in 2024, is located on the largely natural island of Ada Bojana, one of the most beautiful spots in Europe. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

Its located near Salinas salt pans , a protected park which counts hundreds of bird species that can be seen flying around the property. The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.
