Holiday rentals with a patio in Ulcinj

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Boljevići, Crmnica! The house was just as stunning as the pictures show, with a lovely garden and surrounded by nature. It was spacious, cozy, and offered the perfect setting for relaxation. The location is fantastic—very close to Skadar Lake, where there are endless hiking trails, opportunities for boat cruises, swimming, and fishing. There are also local restaurants nearby, and the seaside is just a 15-minute drive away. Danilo was an exceptional host, always available and happy to recommend activities and places to visit. Overall, the place was a great value and definitely worth the money. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Cozy and clean Warm recommendation

Petar is a true role model of what it's like to be a perfect Airbnb host. Even before the arrival, he was very helpful and flexible, answering all questions quickly and in a friendly manner. The accommodation is impeccably clean, well-equipped and exactly as in the pictures – even more beautiful! However, what made the stay here really special was Petar's personal attention and kindness. and he was always available when help was needed. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and caring host. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely book with him again! Thank you, Petar! 🙏

Megs and Milos’ place was a true home away from home. Megs was wonderfully communicative from well before our trip, which was very helpful and put our minds at ease. She provided answers to any questions we had and was a wealth of information with suggestions regarding what to do, where to go and good eateries, links included. Milos met us at the parking lot upon our arrival and even helped carry some of our belongings to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and incredibly well appointed (even books and games for our child). It had everything we wanted and needed. We were very comfortable in the space and our 2 year old daughter cried when it was time to leave. We would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone.

Fabulous apartment in an amazing location! we were 6 adults and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Meghan and Milos were such thoughtful and communicative hosts and offered lots of information and suggestions throughout our stay. This penthouse offers uninterrupted sea views from the balconies with lovely sunny orientation. A 10 min walk brings you to the centre of Petrovac, which is a true gem of a resort, 20 mins drive south of the vibrant town of Budva. We were so glad we chose Petrovac as a base over the busier towns of Budva or Kotor, though all are easily accessible as day trips. If you come to Petrovac, stay here!

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Great central location but still somewhat quiet. Large outdoor area with views of the beach and outdoor seating. Rooms were nice and kitchen equipped with what we needed. High quality pack and play supplied for our little one. Thank you.

Incredible hospitality! Anatoli and his wife made us feel at home. They were both very friendly and accommodated our late arrival and Anatoli even made us delightful pancakes for breakfast. Good people! Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Natalie and Michael’s place. The penthouse was immaculate and very comforting. It felt just like home. Natalie and Michael were super responsive if we had a question. They made our trip really enjoyable. The location was superb, and Natalie had some great local suggestions and recommendations. The penthouse is located in an ideal location and it’s very easy to get around places. The sunsets on the rooftop are breathtaking, as is the scenery around the area. Michael was excellent if we had a question with the penthouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and we would highly recommend staying here. We hope to visit again! Thank you for everything!

The stay was incredible, okasana was always super fast to respond, she gave us clear instruction about getting to the place. The house was top notch clean and everything inside was brand new. I would highly recommend staying there!!

First of all, I would like to thank Constanze for this wonderful experience. It was helpful in any case. In fact, we couldn't go to the grocery store because it was rainy on the first day, and she shared her food with us, and she brought us their own jackets because we didn't bring a jacket while we were coming. He also provided us with some really great information at the point of us exploring the city. Thanks to Constanze, our holiday experience was much better than we expected, I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Finally, the house was exactly the same as in the visuals, and I think it was much nicer than in the visuals, the view was exquisite.

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

we had amazing stay at Slavko's house. very comfortable, with amazing view, nice weber grill, clean pool. Vesna was super-friendly as a co-host. she met us as her own family members. overall 10/10 for a big company. highly recommend. again, thanks a lot for a great stay❤️

All the amenities were a little older, but since we're a category that doesn't like luxury, it was absolutely fine for us. Plus, the location is great and we hiked some beautiful beaches with a paddleboard. Nice parking space in front of the terrace, in the shade under the vines that we could freely consume. We definitely recommend it for us.

If you're looking for a tranquil getaway, Andrea's riverside cottage is an excellent choice. Lea and I spent five super-relaxing days there. The Airbnb is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are even essentials like sugar, salt, vinegar and oil available. A few very nice restaurants are within walking distance. You're also not far from of the Albanian border, so if you're planning to visit other spots in Montenegro, such as Kotor and Perast, it's going to be a bit of a drive.

Great spot away from the main town. Very peaceful with a lovely view from the rooftop. Bar is a great place to pause your journey.

Wonderful apartment. 20 minutes walk to the sea. There is a small shop near the house where you can buy everything you need. City view, the sea is extraordinary. In the afternoon, the balcony is in the shade and you can calmly enjoy the view over a cup of coffee...or not coffee) And of course a huge gratitude to Selmo and his wife. Thank you so much😊

There are many markets nearby. There is a fast food shop. There is a coastal path for nice walks. The sea is only 3-4 minutes away. A very successful business. They should definitely get the value they deserve. There is everything you need. Air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a clean shower. A nice terrace. Have a nice holiday everyone

Karolina and her parents are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question (and there were many) Karolina was ready to answer. Apartment was well furnished and equipped.We felt super welcomed and comfortable, especially that we we’re travelling with 2 year old, and apartament had everything we needed for a baby (travel bed, wash machine). Martin's apartment is beautiful, very tasteful and furnished with a lot of love. You can tell that it is a place that is important to him and his family - and that is exactly how you can live here. As a family of four, we were able to sleep well and comfortably there and felt very comfortable. The equipment is very good and of high quality. I've never had Silit pans in a holiday apartment. Martin is a very courteous, helpful and dedicated host who took care of everything and all communication was exemplary. The very high level of cleanliness is also particularly noteworthy, something that is very important to me and that is lacking elsewhere. The apartment is fantastic, in the village itself you have to be careful as a pedestrian and in the car with the traffic. Velika Plaža is a great beach (also for children), the restaurant Il Galeone nearby is highly recommended. Thanks for the lovely stay in the great apartment!
