Guesthouse holiday rentals in Ulcinj

Thank you for the warm welcoming. My arrival date was very late in the early morning. Ivana‘s husband Luca waited for me and I drunk a cup of tea. It‘s a great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and Ada Bojana. I was very tiered and slept until noon so I woke up with the conversations of the family in the kitchen since the walls are very thin. If you are an early bird this should not happen to you. In the bathroom the shower adapter was broken and Ivana and her husband Luca replaced it immediately. You find supermarkets very close and you can reach the beach after a 20 minutes walk. I had warm welcoming conversations with both and their son is super sweet and calm. Hvala 🙏

Great location! Close to beach, shop and restaurant. Beautiful cottage and garden! Very atmospheric place. Very friendly owners. There are two cottages, a large pool, a small playground for children. We'd love to come back to this place :) I recommend

The place was great. The pool and the view are fantastic. Kol even let us into the accommodation at 2 AM and was always easily accessible. The location is also very relaxed, you can get to the lake, to Shkodra and is also quickly in the Albanian Alps from here. Overall, a very nice vacation and a perfect place for those who don't necessarily want to end up in a tourist hotspot and a generic apartment. We'd love to come back :)

Stay in Dragan's place feels like having a vacation in your granddad's country house. Apartment is cozy and clean, with basic amenities and magnificent view from the terrace! Please note that there's no A/C, so it feels a bit hot inside of the apartment (mid August) — we had to sleep with all doors and windows opened at night, allowing some fresh air to come inside. Parking in this area is a bit tricky, so it's better to take small car to visit this place.

Mirsolav helped us with everything. the view and location of the house is very nice and the cleanliness is very good, there is only a little hill, everything else was nice. Thank you Mirsolav.

This accommodation was good value for money in a quiet area, but a short walk from the center. The host was friendly, helpful and always answered us quickly. I recommend this accommodation!

Easy and friendly communication. Beach is a 15min walk away and several restaurants and supermarkets are on the way. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and fridge. Only the city and bus station are 40-60min walk away and there is unfortunately no public transport. Otherwise, however, a very good value for money.

A very good place to stay. Close to the bus station and the beach (a few minutes walk). The owners are very nice and communication with them is pleasant and efficient. The apartment is clean and well-kept. I am very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone! 😁

We had a great stay, the house was spotless, the sheets and comforters smelled good. Milena responded to our messages instantly and was helpful.

We had a great vacation! The apartments are perfectly located—far enough from the center of Budva and the beautiful island of Sveti Stefan. You can take long walks along the coastline. Everything you need is nearby, yet there’s no noisy city or dense buildings, making it an ideal spot. The apartments are bright and spacious, with everything we could possibly need. Nikolay was very kind and attentive to us. I highly recommend these apartments. The only downside is that there are many steps, which makes access with a stroller a bit difficult.

Thank you for the stay. Great sunset view from our room. The whole family is super child-loving and insanely friendly. The food is delicious!! But you need a car ;-) Everything's great!!

Dobrica's guesthouse is split into 3 areas in her back garden sleeping area upstairs with a lovely water view from the bed. kitchen and sitting area underneath that with everything you need to cook for yourself. and the bath room is in the house. This can be a problem when it rains. we had a couple of pretty severe thunderstorms but Dobrica offered us a bedroom in her house which was lovely. Beds are comfortable and shower is hot. Dobrica is one of the best hosts we have ever had we went on walks together and cooked and ate together several times. She has many wonderful stories to tell. you will not be disappointed when you choose to stay in Dobrica's little guesthouse.

I felt really welcomed here. The room and the shared space were spotless clean all the time and the location is really amazing. A minute walk to the city beach and only few minute walk from the old town. The host was really friendly to me and any of the other guest I encountered. If I even visit Kotor again, definitely will book this place again.

Vicky's flat was perfect. Ideally located, 5 min walk from Kotor and right next to the bus station. We highly recommend it!
