Only 500 m (10 minutes by foot). You can see our guesthouse from the train station. It's an easy walk with no hills; you just have to cross the road and walk a few minutes. Bars Market is across from our guesthouse. You will find a large variety of vegetables, meats and other products sold there. HARU HOUSE UB1 is on the 9th floor, and has a clear view to the south, so it is very bright.

My space is located in the center of the city, walking distances to Sukhbaatar square, restaurants and museums. It's ideal for 1 or 2 people. It's on second floor and there is no elevator.

Its very good to do running, biking, roller blade. Very fresh air. we just new remoted and fully furnished. All electrical appliences included. Our location have supermarket and very big shopping market, bus station 1 min, very close to coffeshops and restaurants. Hope you enjou stay in UB! I can pick you from airport it will cost 20$. a day tour in Ub with a car my car have 4 person seat. 80$
