HARU HOUSE UB 1 is very close to the Ulaanbaatar train station. Only 500 m (10 minutes by foot). You can see our guesthouse from the train station. It's an easy walk with no hills; you just have to cross the road and walk a few minutes. Bars Market is across from our guesthouse. You will find a large variety of vegetables, meats and other products sold there. HARU HOUSE UB1 is on the 9th floor, and has a clear view to the south, so it is very bright.

“This was an amazing place for our stay. It is right next to several stores and restaurant. The bed is very comfortable, which I have found to be unusual here. Jile was very helpful whenever we had questions. We will definitely look to stay here again”
Our Mongolian national ger house situated very near from the city. From the final bus station you have to go by car 20 minutes and reach to Mongolian national ger. We have a small farm.
“We were so lucky to find Oyuntsetseg’s place available at the last minute, and she was so gracious to meet us downtown and ride with us in our car back to her summer land in the green hills just northeast of Ulaanbaatar city. Once we were there, the setting and the accommodation were wonderful. She lives there in the summer with her family, where they raise beautiful, friendly, and curious dairy cows next to a small river. The two of us had our own private ger next to hers, where we had warm, comfortable beds, hot water all day for coffee and tea, and she served us three meals each day. The stew she made us for lunch with homemade noodles was amazing, as were the warm, fresh traditional pastries she made us in the morning. She and her sister and the rest of the family were so kind and helpful, giving us advice for the rest of our trip in Mongolia, and even arranging accommodation for us in the Gobi desert, our next destination. The whole time, we were able to learn lots from her about her life and about Mongolia. Oyuntsetseg speaks and understands English very well, so it is easy to communicate with her. She responds to messages very quickly. The accommodation is a traditional Mongolian ger in the countryside: there is not running water or electricity. But Oyuntsetseg and her family will provide hot water for a shower, an indoor fire in the ger if it is cold, clean drinking water, and she offered to let us charge our phones using her solar charger. This is a truly authentic and beautiful Mongolian experience!”
