We finalised the following details for our room in March 2026, so the experience from now on will be even better than before! We have carefully selected distinctive Japanese materials, The main wall of the living room TV area features stylish, high-end woven wallpaper with a design aesthetic. This is Japan’s largest and world-renowned wool fabric production area, and the overall space exudes a warm and cosy homey atmosphere. For this special toilet renovation, we used herringbone-patterned tiles made with a highly skilled technique using century-old tiles from Gifu Prefecture, Japan. These tiles create a three-dimensional effect as light and shadow play on them. Mino-yaki ceramics have a history of around 1,300 years, and the tile industry has been producing these tiles for over a century; they are among the most technically challenging tiles to make. We’ve also carefully upgraded the Dyson hairdryer, as well as the Dyson bladeless fan, the fast-boiling kettle from a Japanese design brand, the brand-new Daikin air conditioner (heating and cooling) in the living room, and the best shower head in Japan! The flooring is sourced from Asahi Mokko, a century-old Japanese company, and is of the highest quality—three times more expensive than Chinese products. We also carefully select the bedding.
