Villa Kataja chalet in Paljakka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Our house offers a cozy base in a quiet location. Downtown services within walking distance. The living room has a fireplace. In the yard, there is a wood-heated sauna, whose steam has been praised. A covered parking space for the car. Children's supplies can be found if needed. Longer-term rentals are also possible.

Spaces on three floors, the home isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are welcome. The tenant will bring linens. Final cleaning is always a matter for the tenant.
