We loved our stay! The property at the end of Lake Bohinj is lovely, with a beautiful creek flowing behind it and is close to the lake and many hiking trails. The property is big and very well kept. My family had fun playing games on the large grassy area with a volleyball net. The cabin is new, clean and cozy with nice bedding and well stocked kitchen and linens. We made 3 dinners and found everything we needed for food prep. If you're going to cook, you may want to pick up groceries before arriving in the area as the local markets have somewhat limited options. Amenities in the cabin were perfect! We watched movies, took saunas and lit fires in the fireplace - wood and kindling provided in cabin. Washer/dryer worked great and it was nice to do some laundry before moving on to our next destination. Jaka is very responsive. He communicates well and proactively using the AirBnB app.

Janez place was the perfect stay for us. Very clean and tidy unit, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Beautiful location, very central to the lake and nearby shops. Would recommend this to friends! Thanks again Janez.

This 200 year old place was beyond charming. The views from the house and garden are lovely. The house is a little rustic, so not for everyone, but we loved it. The house is full of vernacular art inside and out, inherited from the owner’s father. The downstairs common room feels like you’ve stepped back in time. It is always cool and faintly woodsmoke scented. The upstairs rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen and bathroom are tiny but everything works as it should. It’s an easy short walk to the village and Lake Bohinj. Hiking paths and bike trails are right outside the door. Very comfortable for our family of four.

We loved our experience in the small cabin. Manca was very available to accommodate us and meet our needs, she and her boyfriend were very kind and welcoming. The hut is located on a small hill above the house, the host has built small steps to access it, but you have to expect to go up and down the small hill every day. The cabin is warm and you can see a beautiful view of the adjacent hills and even the stars at night! You sleep very well and there are almost no mosquitoes. The accommodation is also in a mountain so it's better to have a car to get around. I highly recommend it for those who love nature and extraordinary experiences!
