Hilary is a brilliant host and generous with her local knowledge. The Garden Bothy is extremely well-designed and equipped; it’s super-comfortable and Hilary provided local eggs for a breakfast bonus. We really enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful house and location, next to a stream, set in woodland and much bigger than we expected. The beds were super comfortable and there was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Maggie popped in to see us on arrival and on the day we left just to say there was no rush to check out for 10.00am. She had even turned on the heating as although we were visiting in May, the weather had turned cold. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Enjoyed our three night stay in Uig! The place is absolutely perfect - plenty of room, amazingly comfortable beds, easy parking, well-equipped kitchen, and a spectacular view. Ian was a great host, had everything set up perfectly. Would highly highly recommend!

Great stay in the peaceful surroundings! The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the house met our expectations 🙂
