房源离车站和便利店都很近，可以很便捷的去往一些热门地区。而且入住时间非常灵活，提供了寄存行李的地方，可以随时存取，这在东京非常实用。 但房屋更加适合2-3人短住，因为空间有限，行李箱有些打不开。

Wonderful place though very small even by Japan standards. Still highly recommended, just no real chill areas / couches, only beds. Bonus - very clean, professionally kept, & very good value. Host was amazing and responsive and the area is safe, very walkable and close to a very cute main strip with loads of shops and culture - but just outside the main busy Shinjuku central area - so it felt more local, vs touristy which was a nice experience. Walkable to central Shinjuku through fun side streets, and walkable to subway lines. Overall a wonderful place - first time in Japan with two kids and it was easy and enjoyable staying here!

Easy subway access to popular places like Ginza and Shibuya. Location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, liked it a lot because we wanted to be away from the busy part of Tokyo. The rental is very well maintained, comfortable, and communication was excellent. Would definitely return.

we loved staying here! this was an amazing place to stay in Tokyo, close to akihabara but far enough to be very peaceful!! im very glad we got to stay here and the price was just right for location and details. the hosts were very responsive and friendly! I fully recommend this place!!

I had a great stay with Rare, clean & comfortable space within walking distance of public transit and a lot of amazing restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I was set up with everything I needed during my stay.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.

Would highly recommend this room as it’s exactly as pictured, in a great location (less than 2 minutes to the Kappabashi kitchenware street) with train stations only 5-10 minutes away. Spotless and very clean, Ferjhon was quick to communicate and give detailed instructions on how to get there and how to get in! Thank you Ferjhon! 😊

Paul House is conveniently located close to several stations on different lines. Getting to and fro Narita airport is extremely convenient via the Keisei Skyliner from Keisei Ueno station. It has many lively restaurants located within walking distance as well as shopping around the Ueno Ameyoko shopping street. The exact location is situated on a peaceful street and we never had our sleep interfered by loud noises. There were also Lawsons and 7 Eleven nearby. Our apartment unit looked exactly like the photos listed and we were happy with the space and cleanliness. There was sufficient room to open up 2 large and 2 small luggage. Everything was clean and neat, and there was even a washing line to hang our laundry which was extremely useful. Paul was always so responsive and helpful during our communications. Our luggage was sent earlier to the hotel prior to our check in which many Airbnb cannot do. They had an office opened from 9am to 6pm. Will definitely recommend Paul House!

Siamo stati benissimo, l’alloggio è davvero molto carino e si trova vicinissimo alla stazione di Higashinakano (a due fermate da Shinjuku, a una da Nakano). I dintorni sono carinissimi, Higashinakano è uno dei posti più belli e autentici che abbiamo visitato a Tokyo. Hanako è stata un’host super disponibile, gentile e reattiva, grazie di tutto! Se dovessimo tornare a Tokyo valuteremo senz’altro di tornare qui!

Very convenient location. Easy to get around! The size of the house able to fit 3 adults and 1 kid. We had 3 medium luggages and 2 handcarry. No issue when packing or opening up. Will definitely book here again if I am back to Tokyo!

This Airbnb was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The sheets and pillow cases were brand new and you can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into making every part of the house spotless and aesthetically pleasing. It also had everything you need including office supplies, a kettle, first aid, a rice cooker, and toiletries. The AC in both bedrooms were powerful and great after a long hot day. The host is very responsive, kind, and helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. My group of 4 stayed here for one whole week, and we definitely would recommend this place to others visiting Japan for the first time. :)

Das Appartment ist gut geschnitten und gross. Die Lage ist toll. Man ist gleich im Zentrum, es gibt gute Restaurants und abends war es immer ruhig. Bei Fragen bekamen wir schnell und freundlich eine Antwort. Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen in Asakusa, vielen Dank!
